We awoke with black roaches crawling on all counters, and in the bed we were sleeping in. It was an appalling, public health situation. The room appeared to be very clean, but when the lights would go out the roaches would come out. I am disabled, and could not leave for 2 nights. They made me still pay for one of the nights, and told me that's all they were willing to do about it. Long story short... it sucked.

Other occupants were yelling and arguing on the balcony or treating the balcony as a patio area with chairs and tables displayed, as if it was their home, or smoking on the balcony with their hotel room door propped open. The balconies are supposed to be the means to get to your room. I will not stay in another hotel designed in this manner. It was scary to have people loitering while we were trying to unload or load our vehicles. Also, there was a truckload of people using the swimming pool that didn’t appear to be tenants.

The room was very clean! The clerk (JBJ) at the front desk was very nice! The breakfast served was OUTSTANDING! We had stayed there before but never had the breakfast (woke up late). I will stay there every time I go to Fort Worth.

TV did not work in assigned room. Went to office to get batteries for remote. Still did not work. Returned to office for 3rd time and assigned another room, Nothing worked, no power! Determined that a circuit breaker was off. After 1/2 hr wait was able to stay in new room. Evidently "NO" communication from cleaning staff. Front desk person was friendly

Did not get the king with sofa bed room that was booked. I ended up with a king only for 2 adults and 2 kids. They kept saying that they would change rooms to call them later after three calls at three different people on the second day they brought a sheet for the kids to lay on. The said they could not fit a sofa bed in the room. On the third night they found a roll a way. We were there for the stock show and were busy during the day and kept calling them and every time they would have me call later cause that person couldn't fix it. The manager was never there or pretended not to be. Go elsewhere.

This so called hotel has charged my card 5 times for one stay. When address the issue with the staff at the desk they wont /refuse to do anything to make the situation right. On top of that...either the saff dont know or the just dont care , but several patrons smoking pot at the pool after hours and patrons smoking pot blocking the stairs do other guests cant reach their rooms. This place is NOT family friendly and should be more concerned about doing their job correctly. They do nothing but steal your money and lie to your face when you confront them. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Positive is the room was clean. But....TV remote, fridge and microwave didn't work. Lots of trash outside on the property which never got picked up the two days we were there.

Checked in, got a suite. Were told we were in room 308. Key card would not work. Went down 3 times and they finally told us that the room number was 310, 308 was the bedroom. Key card barely worked the whole time we were there. The rooms were clean but the shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain wouldn't stay in place. Turned on the water in the sink and the water that came out was black. That finally cleared. The tap spew water everywhere. Breakfast was not all that good. Got an orange for my son and it was rotten. Employee at front desk did not care one bit. Food was not fresh. It was a very disappointing stay. Trying to turn the tv on for my son and find a kid friendly channel took forever because you had to hold the remote just right to get it to do anything at all. Basically stand on your head and hope for the best. Will not be staying here again.

Clean, friendly, convenient, good breakfast, good value. Just what I was looking for in a place to stay. Will stay again.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was nice and clean. It's a nice place to escape the normal everyday for just 1 night. I'll definitely book again.

It was relaxing and easy to get around. The construction across the parking lot and the electricity going out one evening were the only inconveniences. I was on the third floor and the elevator was very slow.

This was a wonderful experience....we had a great breakfast and dinner with wine. We had a swimand then had good nights rest in a comfortable bed.

I was in town for business. The location was ideal for my purposes, and easy to find. The hotel provided everything I needed for my trip.

Wonderful staff friendly and very helpful with all my requests.

The exercise equipment did not work. We went every morning to see if things were better, no luck. Ice makers on 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2nd floor one never worked. Had to use 3rd floor. Our room was on the first floor. When we checked out, told we paid too much, tried to give us credit.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in west Fort Worth. The location is convenient to all the business we must conduct and a short trip from the TCU area as well as the museums,downtown Fort Worth, etc.
