La Quinta is a reliable low-cost hotel and I stay there whenever I’m in Mansfield. My room was spacious and reasonably well-furnished, but I would have liked having a full-length mirror rather than just the bathroom mirror for getting dressed. Housekeeping staff apparently did not read the “please service my room” sign I left on my door. I’m guessing they assumed it was a “do not disturb” sign which is what is printed on the other side. The “do not disturb” and “please service my room” signs should be clearly different and not feature big useless gimmicky messages that are potentially confusing to housekeeping staff. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. One of the boiled eggs I tried seemed spoiled, bananas were often bruised and brown. Oatmeal was sometimes absent. The front desk team were as usual very kind and helpful, no complaints there at all. My concerns were minor and I will probably stay there again next time I am in town.

I booked a deluxe king room. When I got there they put me in a regular Queen room with no explanation. When I went back down and asked they told me that they couldn't get a deluxe room because deluxe rooms didn't cost that much. I showed them the confirmation for my reservation and I showed them the email showing the room I booked. They said that the reservation I had clearly booked was wrong and that I had to settle for a regular Queen room. Then I found the room had ants in it, luckily the lady at the front switched me to another room (just another queen, not the one I booked) however later that night the keys for the new room just stopped working. When I went to get working keys at the front there was another lady who was there and she questioned me as to why I had switched rooms and asked a bunch of questions. Not upset at her though, she was only doing her job. Just didn't like the fact that I had to be interrogated to get into my room. Honestly not much good to say about the experience other than the fact that I was able to get moved out of the room I didn't want or book that had ants to get into another room I didn't want or book that didn't have ants. I figured at some point I'd get a discount, my money back, or maybe even the room I had actually booked. By the time I got there and realized how bad of an experience it was, it was too late to book another hotel that I wanted.

looked recently updated, with modern, clean decor. the room, linens were clean, though the bed could be softer and pillows fuller. the lobby was neat, spacious and inviting. there was no cleaning service on thanksgiving day, which is perfectly understandable. the internet/wifi was very slow though, and often spotty. overall, our stay was fine.

The hotel has change the interior. looks nice and fresh Had to ask for towels once One day the room was not cleaned till 4pm and then only one bed was made. Swimming pool was to cold to use.

Guy at the front desk was very friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade.

To die forI really love the stable people of the state my kids love to my wife said it was cool server breakfast two people love you baby enjoy the cool everytime you come down to your place it comes to the place to be able to start of a story cool

The hotel was really nice and clean.the staff was very friendly and helpful. I went to the cowboys game and it was a little far from the stadium but other than that it was a great experience.

The hotel appearance was great..almost seemed like new construction! We get to our room and the mirror was cracked (not that I cared). The one thing that ruined this was the room A/C. It stunk! We had it set for 66 for 9 hours and it never got there. Texans may of been use to the weather but I need a little cold!

Staff was very helpful. Knowledgable about local area, places to eat, etc. All areas were clean. Breakfast wasn't spectacular, but I didn't walk away hungry. I would stay again.

It was all very good. The only suggestion would be that they make sure the televisions have a clear reception...our television reception was fuzzy in most available channels.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. If you want to go to Cowboy Stadium stay here and take the convinient shuttle.

When we checked in, the girl working was pretty helpless. She couldn't do anything except check us in. On the way to the room, we notice that it was hot and we entered our room it was the same. The room was dirty - hair on the bathroom floor and tub - makes us think that don't clean very well. This was confirmed when we discovered popcorn from whenever on the floor in the room. The beds were from the seventies or something. You can feel every springs on that mattress against your body. We couldn't wait to check out first thing the next morning. When we did, a staff asked how our stay was and my response was 'very poor' and her response was 'oh'. That was it. So save your money and go else where. This hotel is not worth it. Said it is new - it has been two years since they opened. Looks like they kept the mattresses from an older hotel.

I booked a deluxe king room. When I got there they put me in a regular Queen room with no explanation. When I went back down and asked they told me that they couldn't get a deluxe room because deluxe rooms didn't cost that much. Then I found the room had ants in it, luckily the lady at the front switched me to another room (just another queen, not the one I booked) however later that night the keys for the new room just stopped working. When I went to get working keys at the front there was another lady who was there and she questioned me as to why I had switched rooms and asked a bunch of questions. Not upset at her though, she was only doing her job. Just didn't like the fact that I had to be interrogated to get into my room. Honestly not much good to say about the experience other than the fact that I was able to get moved out of the room I didn't want or book that had ants to get into another room I didn't want or book that didn't have ants. I figured at some point I'd get a discount, my money back, or maybe even the room I had actually booked. By the time I got there and realized how bad of an experience it was, it was too late to book another hotel that I wanted.

nice hotel
