Cool part of history. My stay was short and I barely spent time in the hotel but the beds were super comfortable.

NICE PLACE.. HOWEVER WE HAD BATHROOM ISSUE ON OUR SECOND DAY WITH TOILET.. WAS OFFERED ANOTHER . BUT IT WAS LATE AND WE DID NOT WANT TO TRANSFER ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS. SO WE DEALT WITH IT AND WAS NOT CHEARGED FOR VALET PARKING. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN 120.00 FOR 2 CARS 2 NIGHTS. THAT PRETTY MUCH MADE ME HAPPY. VERY HELPFUL STAFF BUT HOTEL WAS VERY BUSY AND IT SEEMED SHORT STAFFED. ASKED 4 TIMES FOR MORE TOWELS.. MAINTENACE MAN FINALLY GOT THEM FOR US. BUT OVERALL IT WAS A NICE PLACE AND IT WAS OK.. COVID CONTRIBUTES TO ISSUES OF TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS. I AM FORGIVING AND UNDERSTANDING PERSON..

So disappointed in a Hilton. There was absolutely no staff so the facility was in terrible condition. Here is a list of things that we experienced. No toilet paper in our room upon check in, all the cream for coffee was curdled, only two towels. Elevators all out of order but 1. The public women’s restroom had a sign that was out of order. Overflowing garbage cans in every public place. No one cleaned any public space so there were glasses and garbage from the entire weekend all over tables and garbage on the floor. I literally saw 3 people during the stay who worked there. They were clearly overworked and beaten down so they weren’t even friendly. This is clearly not what I would expect from any hotel.

Every staff member that we had contact with were very friendly and warm. Loved our room and the hotel location.

Could have used a microwave in room and complimentary breakfast

Great historical location. Able to walk to many downtown shops and restaurants.

service is impeccable! We feel like we are treated like royalty every time we stay!

Very beautiful and cozy hotel. The whole experience was easy and made our weekend memorable!

They cancel my reservation to hive it to a walk in .. so wrong

Location great, historical building. But other than that just sort of a mildly pleasant experience devoid of wow factor. Room was small, pretty dated. No extras in room (robes, bottles of water, microwave). Basic TV channels only. it was a fine stay. I think I could find a better facility next time around.

The hotel was overbooked when I tried to check in after pre-paying and moved me three miles out of town which was a particular inconvenience as I had several events and meetings planned downtown. Everyone was very nice, and I was told that I would be refunded for this night. This has yet to happen a 10 days later, and I'm now working with the accounting department.

Hotel was nice and conveniently located. There was not much to do in Fort Worth but a one hour train ride will take you to Dallas.

I stayed on the 15th floor and the A/C unit was leaking in the bathroom. I called down after the first night and they came up and tried to fix it but were unsuccessful. I was out of the room until late that night so I tried to call again in the morning. I called down a couple of times in the morning after the second night but the phone just kept ringing and I had somewhere to be so I had to leave. I was then gone until late that night and left the next morning. Very nice hotel but I was very disappointed with the problems I had there.

I really like this hotel, and it is a great value, except for one thing. You are pretty much forced to use their valet parking, at $25/night, which is pretty expensive. The valet parkers are not the friendliest either (perhaps because they are constantly running back and forth as they have to service almost every guest), unlike the rest of the staff which is great.

This hotel seems out to nickle and dime you at every turn, which seems odd for an already expensive hotel. WiFi was $10 per day, parking $25, breakfast buffet $16. Meanwhile, the drain in the bathroom only just barely worked at all and there were water stains on the ceiling of the bathroom. I couldn't get the printer in the self-service internet station to print my boarding pass. The bartender in the mezzanine bar couldn't be less interested in providing any service at all during happy hour. This hotel is NOT worth the price asked.
