All in one resort. treated very good, all amenities included.

Easy beach access and the pools are great. There were several places to eat on site and scheduled activities.

The hotel was very loud and there was a strong smell of marijuana all around our room. We ended up leaving a day early due to this because we were unable to relax.

We have never been to the area and chose this hotel based off the photos and proximity to the beach. When we arrived the staff was friendly and we even got a special amenity when we arrived (which was well past 1am). The hotel was remodeled and very chic in the lobby/restaurant area. We were ocean view 4th floor, the view was phenomenal. We were so pleased with the view. The hotel room was nice, but definitely looked worn. The balcony was peeling and the shower was a little worn down. The shower has a glass partial wall so water does get all over the floor. We got food at the restaurant three times while staying at the fish house. The food was very delicious and so were the drinks. The staff there seemed very confused on running the restaurant. At breakfast they ran out of syrup and management comped our meal without us even asking. The dinner we got to go, which was a little difficult, and they forgot to put all the sauces in our bags so we had to go all the way back once we realized. And breakfast they forgot the sauces again. The Tripp tide bar outside on the beach was fantastic!!!! We loved how it was right on the beach. Chelsea at the bar was phenomenal!! Only down side it closes at 6pm. All in all we would for sure come back here! We loved it. And the staff was very friendly and accommodating!!

It was a nice property and had a good vibe. I would recommended a ramp be installed for suitcase travel in and out of the hotel when you stay in the main building. We enjoyed the tiki bar right on the beach, the breakfasts and dinners we had in the Fish House restaurant, and overall a good experience.

Chose this location because it was across the highway from the RV park where my friends were staying Hotel was clean, noisy every night, adults, children were screaming and running down halls every night after 11pm. The last night security was on the floor addressing the noise issue and they were louder than anyone. Floors & hallway were laminate which made the noise amplify I won’t be back to this hotel.

The property is in a good location. Check in did take longer than expected. Upon walking into the first room assigned to us, it looked like someone had sat on the bed. Looking around there were sandals on the floor. We went back and requested a different room. As I was waiting in line to get another room, the lady in front of me was asking about the complimentary breakfast on the website where she booked the room. The staff member told her there was not a complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, she didn't have her phone with her to prove her claim. On the Orbitz site, it did list breakfast for 2. So, after I got my replacement room, I asked about the breakfast, showed him my reservation where it stated 2 free breakfasts, and was given breakfast vouchers for each day of our stay.

This place is very nice. Rooms were clean and lots of activities going on. Beach bar was great.

We had a beach balcony room and the evenings were nice because you could hear the live music at the bar.
