I like is beachfront, clean, nice staff, safety, walkable distance. I didn't like that they provided the beach chairs but are not ready to use, you have to carrie out to the beach and no umbrellas at all.

Easy beach access and many restaurants nearby..

This resort is truly amazing. Beautiful location. Super clean grounds. Rooms are the perfect size and extremely well taken care of. Personal parking space for your room. The staff is courteous and friendly. Security is on the property 24 hours. Parker was friendly and helpful. He and all the staff made us feel welcomed everyday! We used to stay at another large resort, which was sold out during spring break this year, so we chose the Neptune to try out. Luckily we did. It’s our new favorite!! Thank-you to everyone at the resort. You really made our week the best!

The Neptune is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was plenty spacious for a family of 5. It's in walking distance to the Square and the peer. Kids loved that there are two pools and we were able to walk right out to the beach.

The pools were warm so even though the weather was cool, the kids could swim

Great location, step right in a beautiful beach or enjoy one of two pools. Most certainly will return.

Very friendly and accomodating staff, they offered to upgrade while checking in but we were not interested, when we got to our assigned room we did not like the view and went back to the lobby, they offered the same type of room but in a different location at no extra cost, which was perfect for us. Great amenities and you can’t beat the location, we dined out every single night while there and always a different place and always a good experience. Will definitely be back when staying in the area again.

The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly. The common spaces are spacious and comfortable.

This was a nice property. We rented a suite for the five of us and it worked great. The showerhead was only putting out a drizzle, but they fixed that! Beds comfortable; great towels, nice kitchenette! We used it to prepare breakfast with and one evening meal. The location on the beach was very handy to access parasiling and jet skiing. Also, close to downtown where all the shops and several eating establishments were located. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly.

I gave a 2 because 1. When we first got there the lady at check in tried to scam us into getting a more expensive room by saying ours wasn’t ready but after we said no thanks we’ll wait our room magically became available.(My sister checked in right after us so there was 2 rooms already available.) 2. The beds in our room were horrible. They squeaked loud anytime you would move. 3. They allow smoking anywhere around the pools. This was very irritating considering I was traveling with my one year old and we couldn’t even relax or take a nap out by the pool without getting second hand smoke. Definitely not a family friendly resort. Also the beach is very shelly down by the water so make sure to bring water shoes if you have little ones so they don’t cut their foot.

I wish there would have been a breakfast provided. We loved the rest of the resort.

The first night the AC unit was noisy. Spoke to desk within minutes the unit was replaced with a quiet unit. Isabel was so polite and efficient. Staff was excellent.

A little misleading on website. Pictures make it look like every room comes with a balcony/patio.

Two pools and beach access were excellent. Nice shaded and landscaped seating areas near the pool that provided some separation. Extras like shuffle board, corn hole and giant connect four helped break up beach time. Sundries shop had typical grab & go items and there were other food options across the street. Easy walking distance to the pier, water activities and beach shops, but not part of the student spring break crowds. Clean and safe.

Everything about the resort was perfect to us. Location, comfort, convenience, and accessibility all exceeded our expectations.

Enjoyed staying so close to the beach, with pools and outdoor sitting areas
