Great

The room was not ready until after 6. Music was playing from somewhere after midnight. I turned the AC up to cover the noise.

Love the location however only1 room available for 3 pm check in. Came back at 5pm and still could not get into 2nd room. We all came fown wirh respiratory virus on way down and was just frustrating not to get us in the room. Rhey finally gave us a different room on a different floor than our friends.

The hotel was great. The staff was wonderful! Freddy, the bartender was very good and was able to recommend good local choices for places to eat! The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they have a basic breakfast buffet, but it's the same food that's free if we were to stay in a Fairfield Inn! Here, they charge $9.95 for it! Unacceptable. If I was in town, I would probably stay here again but just go somewhere else for breakfast.

The rooms were very large and clean. The hotel's hot tub was a plus. They were working on the pool deck for 2 of the days which mostly made the pool unusable but they did offer to give us a ride to one of their sister hotels and have us use that pool. The location is very convenient to the airport. Could use a little better sound proofing as we could hear people walking above us. Used the business center to print our boarding passes. Would go back.

Close to our favorite restaurants. Quiet room, stayed two weeks and enjoyed every day. First rate

This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel, which is because we were so happy with their service and location. Situated in a great, newer shopping center, it provided all of the conveniences one could want. Major restaurants and retailers are at this location within walking distance. In addition, we enjoyed walking around the center for exercise each morning. Rooms are clean and well appointed. If there was anything we would have liked, it was better soundproofing between rooms. There was a girls softball team staying there also, and they were noisy at times.

This new Courtyard was chosen because it was near the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I thought that a complimentary breakfast was provided but only a $9.95 breakfast buffet was available. The people at the desk were helpful in steering us to dinner and breakfast dining. Luckily, we had a rental car because it would have been too far to walk.

The room was very comfortable, good size, with a desk, a sofa bed and a very comfortable king bed. It is located very close to FGCU, making it ideal for college visits. There is even a shuttle that will take you to the school.
