The first room we checked into smelled like mold. We were moved to another room that was a little better but still smelled musty. There were no mattress protectors on the bed, only the sheet. I’ve never seen that at a hotel before and it’s not really sanitary. The rooms needed to be renovated even though the hotel claims it was renovated 2 years ago. It just didn’t feel or smell clean and I wouldn’t stay there again.

First room smelled of cigarettes. Second of mildew. Looks aesthetically pleasing but smells in rooms were off-putting. Front desk staff not very friendly- they seemed stressed out. Poor variety of food at bistro. People being very loud in the hallways and could hear kids bouncing on the bed in the next room at 11:30pm. Hotel can’t control actions of customers per se but it was a bummer for sure. Hotel looks clean and is in a good location, just needs to work on deodorizing rooms and the friendliness of staff.

This was a very nice hotel, very comfortable. First room had bed bugs in it so they moved us to another room. Creeped me out a bit, but it happens. They offered us complimentary dinner but we had already eaten. I wasn't going to push for a discount on room since that is just not my style. Second room was no problem. I would stay here again. Wish they had a hot tub as an amenity.

Clean modern decored rooms with internet, frig, large bathroom, flat screen, sofa, desk etc. Starbucks in lobby with a la carte breakfast of your choice.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will be at the top of my list next time I'm in Ft. Myers. Only thing that kept this from being perfect was the lack of a complementary breakfast.

Lovely hotel with well kept grounds. Near Seminole Gulf Coast railway for anyone wanting to go on the murder/mystery train. Very satisfied.

First night I was put in a room that was street facing. It was a bit loud. Woke up and the shower was broken. They then upgraded my room. And the staff was nice. But the hotel needs some maintainence.

Suggestions for improvement to create a better consumer experience. Improve front entrance including cleaning up the landscape. Screen door on patio was off track. Room had an order and could improve on overall cleanliness.

I booked this stay several months in advance and was surprised when we arrived at the hotel and were given a first floor room with a view of the parking lot. So much for first come first served. We have stayed here several times and were extremely busy with family events the first two nights. The third morning I called and requested a move to the courtyard side. They found us one, still on the first floor, but a much nicer view. Next time I will be more specific when booking here.

This hotel was easy to locate, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. The amenities were as they were advertised. We definetly will have them on our list for any upcomming trip to that area.

We were looking at properties in the area. the property was convenient to the areas we were interested in. Close to shopping and less than 10 miles mto the beach. Property had a nice pool and the room was clean. Would stay there again.
