First, If you provide Kitchen people will cook of course. You can't keep knocking on the door complaining Smoke Detector going off . Your selling point is having kitchen. Do something about air circulation better so that does not happen instead of keep bothering customers. Second, You need to hire more Cleaning crew. They work their ass off I can see but there is no way they can clean the rooms thoroughly especially kitchen area

Loved everything about this hotel the room set up is very inviting.

Couch stain, hair in bedsheets, silverware not fully cleaned Perfect location, shopping nearby nice front desk, easy convenient check in

Stayed two nights Charging normal fees but no house keeping they said. Only One cleaning per every four days??!!! Short staffed? As long as they are open for business during this pandemic, they should do normal services and must clean the room more often than before!! Next room has rough birthday party it was messy until I checked out.

There are some female staff that are not that pleasant. Even with the customers standing or passing by at the reception area, they are constantly on their phones ALL the time instead of saying "HI" etc... Looks very unprofessional.....

The contintential breakfast was not good. The eggs were barely edible. Tried both mornings and couldn’t eat them. That was the only bummer of the trip

Shuttle service is nice, but not very far. Staff is nice. Location of the hotel is ok. Not very close to NYC but at a mall.

Nice 2 room hotel room with 2 Queen science bets very clean Great close to the new york waterway with easy access to New York City

Clean and comfortable suite with kitchen and living area separate from double beds and bathroom. Allowance for 6 permitting a wonderful family vacation with free breakfast and free dinner and wine during weekdays. We will return! The area was safe and had plenty of shopping opportunities. The only con was that a kitchen chair had an exposed screw which perforated my sisters skin.
