Terrible service by the front desk staff “lance” he couldn't find my reservation and started bing loud towards me and my wife. I asked for his supervisor and he said he did not have one, he said hes been working in the same place for 20 years and many people have complained about him and nothing has happened.

Great location. Rooms are nice size and updated. Restaurant and bar located on top floor. Staff very friendly and professional.

We liked that it was right on the exit. What we didn't like is there was music blaring until 3-4am and then someone at 4am pulled the fire alarm that we had to emergency evacuate for later to find that there was no fire someone just pushed the button. This was a very unpleasant experience and no one apologized or checked with us. They could offer us at least free breakfast for the inconvenience or offer us at least each $25 gitft card for breakfast and coffee since they keep us up all night with the music for later at 4am to emeregncy evacuate while we got all scared that the hotel is burning.

Absolutely terrible experience. When I entered the room there was a bag of chips on the floor and I found crumbs under the sheets on my first day there. Worst of all is we where told they would not clean our room untill after we left due to COVID. Only to come home a week later to a 250$ charge on my credit card for there cleaning services. They claimed the room was trashed and dirty. I don’t know what eBay expect when they haven’t cleaned the room for days. Can’t forget they would not give ya extra towels. Dont stay Here !

No microwave or Mini refrigerator in standard king bed room.

It has unique decor. I feel the employees make this place succedsful.

Good location, easy parking, comfortable bed, attentive and helpful staff

Air condition was making noise like any thing if you want to keep AC on then you can not sleep and if you want to sleep then keep the AC off. Very Bad.

An excellent place to stay at. I will definitely recommend it to anyone. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everyone in my group was happy with the place.
