The last two days of my stay there wasn't hot water. The amenities that were closed wasn't posted that it was unavailable until arriving to the hotel. Not to mention Orbitz split my stay and i was never informed or sent an email. I had to pay two deposit for the same exact room. This was just the worse experience ever. The only good thing was that the room was very clean.

Amenities were closed due to covid. Great front desk ladies very professional and welcoming. I stayed overnight for a class had a great night sleep. Comfortable bed and had all I needed for my stay. I’m plant based and their bathroom products have goat milk but I always travel with my own which I was very happy I did.

The room was so clean and the staff was nice, but The heater was so nosy.

I paid for a certain room when I got there the room wasn’t available and they tried to give me a standard room which was way less. They didn’t wanna give it to me for the original price. I wasn’t going to stay in a standard room for the price I paid. Horrible and horrible customer service. The hotel overall looked prettt nice.

It was clean, quiet, and the room was very nice. I did not like the way the convenience shop was set up and that everything was very expensive, also there was only one person manning the front desk and the shop and we had to wait a half an hour to buy the stuff we needed because she was dealing with a very rude guest. I wouldn't have had a problem with this cause it wasn't her fault but she didn't even acknowledge us to let us know that she saw us and would be with us shortly.

Check in was a breeze, very friendly employees! The breakfast was good too!

The staff is extremely polite and answered the many questions we had about traveling to and from NY! The breakfast was delicious! They have made many updates so most of our room was very nice. The bathroom left something to be desired but it was clean and that's what matters most to us!

I liked Everything. I liked the amenities the staff and the room.

Property seemed dated and needed better cleaning. The beds were comfortable for the price. Overall, would not go back.
