Great location & staff! Amazing proximity to food and the airport!!

I have not been able to reach anyone ... Orbitz OR the hotel. I did not stay at the hotel, I canceled my stay yet, I keep getting emails that I checked in and was still charged. No one is giving me answers or calling me back. The hotel is blaming Orbitz because I booked with them, yet I had free cancellation. When I called the hotel they told me I could cancel. My flight was canceled! I DID NOT check into the hotel! I am VERY upset and I use Orbitz often. I am hesitant to use Orbitz again. I travel often and no many people who travel often. This is unacceptable!

I picked the Wyndham Garden because they were supposed to have 24/7 shuttle service. I was instructed to call when we arrived at the airport and someone would come get us. NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. My mother and I called for over 40 minutes and never got in touch with someone on site. We finally decided to get an Urber at an extra expense to us and the gentleman at the front desk was not very apologetic or helpful at all. And even when I inquired about the difference in pricing on the form he made me sign he would not give me a copy. Loved the convenience of the location but their customer service was a joke and cost us several hours of sleep when we only had the room for a few hours anyway.

Flat sheet was dirty stained with blood, didnt notice until 2nd night, felt disgusted.

I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the staff.

They won't clean the rooms because of covid, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me since you would expect more cleaning instead... The breakfast is also to go and they will give it to you in bags, so at least for me is not a plus, also I book through orbitz with an included breakfast and they said it was not included. As I mentioned before the baggie didn't make it for me so I didn't bother complaining about it. The hotel is cheap, you get what you pay for, I'm travelling again soon and booked a diffetent hotel this time, hopefully I have a better experience this time...

Staff was really rude both the blonde hair front desk and the on the phone while working as a house Keeper .I was told 2hr early check in was available so me and my daughter went a little earlier and front desk lady pointed to the signed when I asked and did not answer any of my questions I asked for some rags she flat out told me NO. And continued with her phone call ! And they have level parking with no elevator and it’s a stair case but the door is locked !

My stay here was from 01/28-01/31/2021 and the mask requirement was as expected. When I had checked in, I wasn't aware that I need to let front desk know that I will need clean towels and wash cloths. I went my entire time without until I called the last day to inquire on when I was going to receive housekeeping services. Their dolly is difficult to push and navigate. Lastly, their parking garage doesn't make any sense. The first level has legit 6 spaces for handicap alone, then you have Veteran selective spaces, Wyndham rewards parking, Guest of the day parking, etc.. lol which basically eliminates ALL regular customer parking so you have to park on levels two and three which was poorly designed. Driving through the levels somewhat made me feel as if I were going to hit a car or the cement blocks. All in all, I won't be coming back to this location again.

Isn't worth it!! Disgusting staff and hotel!! From the front desk staff to manager; DISGUSTING!! CONDESCENDING, NO customer relations and it's clear it trickles from the management down. Service is garbage. Several guests were complaining on several times throughout the day. I had the previous guest's old towels hanging on the shower rod in my bathroom. I was scolded and dismissed that housekeeping comes at 9AM so no towels or coffee till then. I had to call everyday for coffee to be sent to the room even after explaining I was the for 4 nights with 2 guests and again was scolded that if I wanted coffee to get it in the lobby. Call ended! Disgusting place, rooms barely cleaned, staff is "worthless"!

Reasonably priced and close to airport (5 minutes away).

The bed was soft, and the room was clean. All I needed for this trip.

We had an amazing stay at this location! Kamika at the front desk was super accommodating and welcoming! Also Mr. Garland was so super sweet to my children and made sure they had a bag of breakfast every morning! Thank you! Covid regulations were practiced and we felt very safe. We even enjoyed the heated pool. Great little getaway! Thank you so much for everything!

Rooms are cleaned with Ecolab between visits, but out of an abundance of caution, we're limiting housekeeping while the room is occupied.
