This Hotel had the same price other better hotels had. I will try something different. All the rooms even the non-smoking ones stunk with tobacco smell.

Absolutely, without a doubt, the WORST place I have ever stayed in. Orbitz, how can you even recommend a place like this? Dirty hallways, the room was very dirty (balls of hairs on the floor and bed). We asked for a nonsmoking room, yet the room had an unbearable strong smell of cigarette and weed. Dirty bathroom. People outside smoking weed and with the company of the hotel's security guard (yeah, I know!). I checked in at 12:30am and decided to leave to another hotel right away. Orbitz, please, please, don't ever recommend this place!

The room was an absolute disaster. Stains all over the carpet and walls, a huge stain on the curtains that looked like blood, bathroom severely outdated. I am absolutely disappointed with the entire look of the complex and rooms. Even with the rate we paid, I would never go back to the hotel again.

The worst experience that I have had with my family in a hotel, I do not recommend this hotel at all, the rooms are a disaster, dirty wherever you look, the carpet dirty and cigarette remains everywhere, also the smell of cigarettes is horrible, the walls discolored from dirt, I don't know what else to say because the truth made us sick to sleep in that room.

The hotel was very run down and filthy!! There was mold growing in the toilet, the carpet was so flithy we didn't even want to walk on it without shoes, garbage was strewn all over the courtyard(beer cans, pizza boxes, massive amounts of cigarette butts all around the tables we were to sit at around the pool), the free breakfast that was included was shut down, the ceiling in our room was water stained and falling down in some areas, it was very noisy during 1am-3am, the toilet was leaking, the pool was dirty as was the hot tub and couldn't be used!! Very disappointed!! I would never pay for this hotel again!! Disgustingly gross!!

The only thing that made me choose this location was the complimentary breakfast. Wasn't told that it wasn't being provided until I asked. If you going to advertise it then you should make an attempt to fulfill it thru a no contact bagged breakfast for example. Outside potholes in the parking lot, steps broken in some areas. Inside the room smelled of mildew like the carpets had only been vaccuumed and not steamed cleaned or the carpet just needed to be replaced. Weird scratching noises like a critter was making a home in the walls. Hard to believe there are taking steps to sanitize when the basic cleaning items and maintenance aren't being addressed.

Customer service was excellent for me. At the lobby, with all the situation of the Covid19, they were friendly and courteous. The room was a different story. I reserved a access room, but I got a non access. The room smell strongly cleaning chemicals to mask the cigarette smell. Bed sheet were at least clean, bathroom was clean, and coffee machine was not clean. Due to the location of the hotel, there where homeless people sleeping in the hallway by the vending machine. People not respecting the non smoke signs destroys the image of hotels.

The room had a horrible smell, the place didn't look clean in general

We booked a non smoking room and received a smoking room. They would not give any money back for the discrepancy. It seemed that as we stayed there that party’s were going on near by and our safety was a concern.

Staff was friendly, housekeepers were quick to handle requests for extra towels. The property is at an age where some updates or renovations will soon be necessary. Overall the properfy is in good condition. My stay was pleasant.

Older facility in need of a face lift; but clean and comfortable at a reasonable price.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located on US1 federal highway and close to many restaurants. It is an acceptable alternative to the more expensive hotels nearby that host seminars and conventions. I will use it again when I have another seminar in the area.

The location is excellent for us and we stay here often when visiting our son and his family in Fort Lauderdale. It has been looking a little run down lately..... Suzie and Tom Hagmeyer

Location is very nice, a lot of restaurant and guy working front desk at night was very nice.
