Excellent service, comfortable place to stay, very nice, professional and happy employees, Memo at the Blue Fire Grill is a very nice person and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend the Marriott Fort Lauderdale North.

I was surprised that there wasn’t a free continental breakfast, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

The staff and management were amazing. Great energy and very personable. The true downside was the lack of cleanliness throughout the facility. There was trash and food on the ground daily. I didn't regularly see anyone cleaning and in the pandemic that was truly alarming. The hotel itself is very dated and the rooms require some serious renovations. Great staff aside I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this property to others.

My room had issues. The entry door to my. room was not aligned with the door frame. I had to forcefully push it closed. It was very loud. The balcony door was also nearly impossible to open and close. Off the track probably. Couldnt fix it myself. Didnt bother calling the front desk as my stay was for only one night. Surprising for a Marriott branded hotel. Wouldnt stay again.

Omg I don’t know where to being. the bed were too small and lumpy my back hurts the two night I was there there was roach on the floor.

The staff were friendly, easy check in process, clean room, great location and fantastic hotel with free parking. Will be back for sure.

Horrible service by orbitz and marriot. ORbitz advertised amenities and rooms that marriot did not have. orbitz advertised suites there are no suites, orbitz advertised a pool there is no pool. I booked a room with a balcony my room did not come with a balcony. Marriot is under staffed, unclean, my TV didnt work. i did not get what i paid for. I want a full refund.

First room was musty, second room shower head leaked, shower drained clogged, threadbare carpet & water damage. For $230 it was a dump.

The location for us was great and I loved the lobby.

First i had no idea there was no housekeeping so i wasnt happy about that, but understand. But i asked for towels and they said they would send some right up...next day still no towels. I went down the hall and took some from a cart. Then the noise.. im not a complainer but this was over the top. 2 nights in a row around 11 pm it would start in the hallway. Sounded like 3 or 4 people .. hanging in the hall and super loud. Talking..laughing and playing music. They were next door to me so when they would take it to the room it got louder. It wasnt some annoying soft noise .... they were talking and laughing at the top of their lungs. And playing very loud music. Going in and out of the room slamming the door over and over til about 5am. This happened 2 nights in a row. The second night i called someone and told them, and they said they would speak to them. I waited to hear the elevator ...nothing. The hotel look overall was nice but everything i come to a hotel for (clean room..peace and quiet) i got none of. And as i said i understand about the housekeeping but the 2 nights of loud noise is unacceptable especially after i called the desk about it. I would probably never stay there again

Rude staff and old hotel in bad shape. Look for alternatives.
