This is not one hotel, but a spread of several buildings in a block or two radius that are collectively managed by this group. That being said, checkin was nice and smooth (except we were early, arriving at noon, and the room was ready late, an hour after the 4pm time). We loved the Tiki bar, although it closes early, at 8:30pm, even on weekends, and it has absolutely no food. The deli counter (they call it a cafe) was open most of the days we were there, for a grab and go lunch sandwich option. Every other food option is the ten minute walk to the restaurants at the Pier. We didn't have a car. The unit itself was gorgeous, more spacious than we expected, and we appreciated the welcome basket of coffees, filters, and plenty of towels--kitchen, bath, and pool! Loved the balcony seating to work in the mornings. Overall this was a good stay, but our group is used to having an on site food option for breakfast and dinner so that was challenging.

There are multiple buildings within the property that have very different categories of rooms. There is no way to specify during the reservations process which building you would like to book. I have never seen a resort Before where rooms are so different in categories based on the building( from simple motel level rooms to much nicer resort level rooms) that are being sold at the same price.

We booked this room to be close to a family member who took ill in Coral Springs. During check in, I asked if I could get and Ocean view and I was told no, even though I was early. She said she had none available. The unit was a low floor handicapped unit. All the vanities were too low and uncomfortable. They gave us a key that didn't work. When we one to the front desk to have it corrected, they demanded ID which my wife and I don't bring to the beach, so we never got a second key. The staff handled it terribly. I showed my other room key and my phone also had a picture of my check in info. Lastly, they billed us $520.66 for the room,.which still has not been refunded. This fee was in addition to what I already paid Orbitz. The staff was rude and the stay was very disappointing. I used to stay at this property frequently because I am an owner through RCI but I will never trade for this place again. Never again!

the room was very nice and every kitchen cabinet was well stocked. Also, there was a welcome basket with homey snacks in it. I did not like that you have to cross the business street to go to the front desk and heated pool area. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Location close to the beach and restaurants. Great areas for walking. Easy access to shops.

The common area by the pool was being remodeled, other than that it was very nice.

at first we didn’t get the room that I have booked, but the next day they put us on the right room everything went great we had a great time place is very clean and the stuff is very good too.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite, and requested ocean view room. I was not given ocean view room.

Gorgeous, clean, spacious, very fairly priced! Thank you!

Love the hotel at night with all the pretty lights .. felt really tropical . Room and spa tub was so amazing .. however I love carler so Duden like the cold floors. I also did not like that housekeeper doesn’t Change the sheets they assume u will change then which was unacceptable. Would stay again but def need to change housekeeping policy because if your older and are expected to change linen .. not good

I use a wheelchair, and had to change rooms 3 times. Most people think a room for handicap person is a grab bar. There are different levels of disability. If I ask for a roll in shower, a built in seat should be there. I had to get a chair from the pool. The shower head, out of reach. The bed too high. I slept on the sofa. The staff did try to make me happy. Wish I knew how to educate folks to make life easier for us.. Multiple Sclerosis is a mean condition. I'm an Advocate, and through surveys have had changes to help others.I'm housebound, and still able to travel with my sister, so I need to be safe when she goes on the beach. Overall, I appreciate how helpful everyone was, from manager to reception staff. I would visit again, when handicap rooms are remodeled.

- The room was cleaner and less infested with bugs. - The only real place to eat nearby was the deli. the employees were not well trained and they were out of many ingredients.

Nice hotel. Very nice staff and always ready to assist in making your stay comfortable.

The nice thing about the hotel is the closnest to the beach, the facility is old, the mattresses are old.

Wonderful hotel . Nice beach Whilpool in my room.
