The shuttle driver was very personable.

It was advertised as having breakfast, well this place doesnt even have vending machines! We didn’t see I’ve machines either! The only coffee in our room was decaf! Really? You had to walk to the hotel next door for coffee or to eat there breakfast. We specifically asked for 2 beds since there was 3 adults, what we got was the worst smelling room ever with a king bed and pull out sofa. The bedroom area had the door closed and you could tell someone literally had just put out a cigarette. When we called the front desk the lady argued about what I booked and I had to pull my reservation to prove to her it should be 2 beds. When we got the new key and walked back to the elevators I could hear the 2 receptionists talking about us and saying we should have never been given a new room and we were wrong and didn’t know what we were talking about. This hotel is fine if you are looking for a quick over night stay, but that’s it. It is by far the worst hotel of this brand I’ve ever stayed at and I definitely would never use it again and will make sure to tell people to stay away from this place.

No ice bucket! Nothing! No cups! Not a thing in my one bedroom suite! Horrible full kitchen and absolutely not even a plastic cup....not even by request

Took a while for airport shuttle to pick me up, but service the next morning was excellent. room was a nice layout, but kitchen did not have any utensils

No breakfast and that was not, to my knowledge, Posted

the tv was way to small for the room size i couldnt watch it from the bed images were far to small to see a size 40 in or better would be perfect

close to port friendly staff rooms were spacious

Nice room, friendly staff. Some issues with the airport shuttle.

Comfortable room. Check in was easy and the attendant was helpful.

This is a great hotel to stay at when boarding a cruise ship prior to sailing. Room was clean and neat and fairly large. Found area to be quiet also.

We stayed one night after flying in from Denver before heading to Key West. Very convenient and we found a really good seafood restaurant close by. My only complaint was the room really had an "old" kind of smell to it. Staff was very nice and helpful.

From our experience if you are flying in to FLL use another hotel. We arrived at 11 pm and called the desk for pickup. It was 55 minutes before a van picked us up. During this time people were arriving at the pick up location and leaving. We even saw someone make the call from the pick up and leave before we finally got in our van. Once we arrived the front desk agent asked about our trip and I said we waited almost an hour to be picked up, he said well there are others still waiting longer than you. What? Really? That is your response?

Booked this room for a stay after a cruise. It is about 10 minutes from the cruise terminal and the airport. Shuttle goes to airport, not cruise terminal so you will need a ride. Check in was quick and painless, room smelled musty but aired out okay. Bed was good and room was clean. Shuttle was on time in the morning.

The hotel is in a decent location with a few fast food restaurants. Its good for a night or two stay if you're traveling from or through FLL. The shuttle runs hourly and is a great addition. Clean rooms. The only down is they need more staff for check in. We waited an hour and there isn't much room in the lobby so it got crowded. The hostess was talking with a guest for about 30 minutes giving suggestions while 10 of us waited in line with all our luggage.
