Ok rooms needed update and smelled holes in carpet and furniture mold in bathroom

Ok place to stay for Arkansas football game. Nothing special. Room was clean. Walked to game.

need more shampoo, coffee pot would be nice, location was great

Staff was GREAT but the room smelled and felt like an ashtray!

In town for a family visit. Nothing special with hotel and nothing fancy.

We requested a non-smoking room for two nights, but obviously someone had smoked in the room (it REEKED, particularly in the bathroom), but we were too tired to move the first night, so in the morning we asked to change rooms. At first the told us they were full and they couldn't move us, but after we pushed more they gave us the room next door, which was a pleasant stay. The person who checked us in and checked us out was really lovely as was the cleaning lady we talked to. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy but no cold cereal.

Wifi did not work. Everything else was good. Room clean staff friendly

Overall it was perfect for what I needed and checkin and checkout was fast. Would stay again.

Nice clean hotel just what we needed. An older hotel but very clean

Clean older hotel nice staff, great price for What we needed

There wasn't enough parking. Had to park on the other side of the hotel from our room. No elevators, Room was no smoking but you could tell it had been smoked in a bunch. Carpet was wet. Staff was nice and friendly, Justin.

Nothing special about this place but it was inexpensive and clean. Beds were fine and so were the pillows which are important to me. We literally just slept there and were gone by 7:30 am.

This is a motel, with doors opening directly to the outside. Staff were friendly but slow. Room was clean and it was nice that it had a fridge and microwave, as well as a couch and coffee table. Smelled a bit damp and the carpet felt a little damp; overall kind of dank and dingy. There was an outdoor pool and a charcoal grill available. Fine for a night, but not something I would do for more than a night.

I needed a place to stay that was safe and close to a meeting that I was attending. This was perfect. It was right off the highway and the hotel staff was very polite and personable. There were able to answer questions about the city and give me directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have had a worse stay. We had a non smoking room and when we opened the door the smell almost knocked us down it was so bad. In fact, we went to the store to get air freshener and a candle the stench was so horrid. Then, we had a few girls stop by to get ready before we went out to celebrate a friends last night being a single lady, and the only outlet by the mirror and bathroom, DID NOT WORK. So, I went to the front desk and Asked for an extension cord and the guy insisted there wasn't one. We didn't have time to change rooms so we just delt with it for the time being. When we got back later on that night and saw someone else working the desk, they were nice enough to let us know that they did have extension cords and could finally help us out (not that it mattered anymore). When we went to take showers, The DRAIN DID NOT WORK. So, we decided to pack up and head somewhere else to all shower . Oh, & I know this happens everywhere else too, but when we got back to the motel that night, some people followed us to see what room we were staying in and was knocking on our doors all night until I threatened to call the cops. Honestly, it was SCARY!!!! The gas station next to it was frightening as well. NOT a good place for a bunch of girls to be staying without our husbands. The price was cheap for a reason!!!

I have stayed here before and would stay here again. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The price is reasonable. The rooms are always clean. The location is good.

We drove from Oklahoma to see the Crystal Bridge Museum. We wanted a cheap place, and this is what we got. The staff were nice and helpful. The room is what we expected. It's pretty average. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 1 night.

Great prices, comfortable room, good location off hwy, but longer distance to downtown.

My experience was good. The room was clean, convenienly located, and worked well for me. The staff was prepared for me and was helpful in pointing out some local destinations. I will definately return.

easy to find, easy access to freeway, exterior entry into room was a concern and outside noise. they were in the middle of renovating beds. overall not too bad.
