Good price for a place to sleep overnight which was what we needed.

Nice clean motel. Parking was right next to the room. Motel was very close to island queen ferry

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Falmouth. Overall it was a fine hotel but the rooms didn’t have very good ventilation and got really humid so our bath towels never fully dried in between showers so we kept having to ask for more towels. Because nothing really dried it caused a mildewy smell in our room over the few days we were there which wasn’t super pleasant. But the staff was helpful and replaced the towels every time we asked and the room itself was nice and roomy. The pool area was nice too!

Reasonably priced hotel within walking distance to town and Island Queen ferry. Room was clean, well kep and large. Pool was great.

It was nice and clean and close to town. Walking distance to many restaurants & shops

It was a clean place which is the most important thing for me!

Bathroom was very clean and they did provide a refrigerator. All else was what I would expect from an economy motel

Musty Mildew Bug infested no water pressure MOTEL circa 1975 and not much else Booked late to avoid driving an hour home after a fun weekend Glad I called to double check status because the hotel clerk said he was clocking out and we needed to be there in 30min Polite staff, got key (traditional metal house key) and room number The weather wasnt to hot but humid and the room really musty and mildew turned on AC , but that barely worked, glad it wasnt August Outdoor type bugs throughout, esp the bathroom water bugs spiders the bugs spiders eat and millipedes that eat spiders, not flies or roaches but traps organic repent are not that hard to apply Two old equally soft worn out full bed that seemed on the small size vs most hotel FULL size TV reception terrible Bathroom wasn't terribly dirty besides the bugs, the toilettes were lowest quality and miniscule even compared to hotels, face clothe like sand paper and zero water pressure lukewarm water. 1980s hotel in Russia had better basics, I have made made a tree mounted camping shower that was more useful. Stayed at Inn on the Sq before about 1/4 mile away and it was 100x better. I know many people romanticize these post WWII motels and the owners are lovely people I am sure, but only stay if If it is your last option and always wonder what 1970s Motels were like. should have been $40 a night

Good for a short stay. Close and convenient to shops and the Island Queen Ferry. Room had a damp and musty smell. Beds were comfortable.

This hotel is just okay. Not worth the price we paid. The pictures on Orbitz are super misleading as not all the rooms have been updated, so the room we were in was very clearly old and not updated. The only thing they did to our room was paint it, but everything from the carpet,to the curtains, and the batroom were old and dingy. It was super disappointing. There is also a strange musky/damp smell the moment you enter the room. If I could go back and not book this hotel I would. Now if this hotel was $150 a night, fine, not a problem. But we ended up paying $240 a night for an old room. Ridiculous.

Very convenient and quiet place! Nice stuff and clean room!

For a small motel it was very nice. Great location, parked car and biked the entire 3 day stay. Close to beach, bike paths and restaurants etc. All walkable as well,

Nice for a weekend getaway or two day vacation only. There’s not much to do if you’re not a beach goer. We went to Hyannis and Sandwich to explore. We did both on a different day but can be done in a day.

We had to find a place for the night and lucked into this gem. It's not fancy, but Carla is terrific and accommodating, the beds are great, and the bathrooms have tubs with showers. I was too tired to watch TV, but it was there as was a hot water maker and small refrigerator. Great port in a storm, or any other time.

Very pleasant stay . Very close to shops and restaurants.

Friendly, helpful, accurate suggestions by the proprietors regarding places to eat, shopping, parking and ferry tips. Rooms was basic but true to photos and very clean and well maintained with free parking. Within walking distance of so much we wanted to see and do. We'd go back - highly recommended!

We had a family party of seven, and everyone enjoyed their stay at the Mariner! Carla is an excellent, friendly hostess who makes you feel welcomed. The hotel is in the middle of downtown, close to many handy businesses, but yet it's quiet and relaxed. Our stay was a short one, but the Mariner fit our needs VERY well.
