Wonderful people! Met all of our needs. We needed to extend our stay and they made it easy and an affordable price.

Peeling wallpaper with mold behind it in bathroom. Packing tape holding an unusable thermostat and on a light switch to prevent guests from using it. Electrical outlet was cracked and proved to be broken. AC unit released very humid air leaving clothes and bags nearby damp. Water pressure in sink was extraordinarily weak/slow. Overall room had an unidentifiable odor that resulted in a headache both mornings upon waking up. Fridge stopped working in the middle of the night forcing us to throw away perfectly good food. Breakfast gentleman was kind and friendly. Peeling wallpaper in dining facility was disconcerting. This was certainly affordable, but the concessions we needed to make did not match the price.

The staff had never heard of Orbitz so we couldn't check in with our reservation number, but they had rooms so that was lucky. Might have been an issue if they hadn't. Room was fine, though if you're facing Arlington Boulevard, the noise level is really high--had to use noise-cancelling headphones to sleep. Breakfast room didn't seem to be air conditioned. Not a destination hotel, but fine for a night.

For the price I paid I would of liked a tub that was working and handle didn’t look broke and when I asked for xtra blankets I should of been given them the place needs to be updated

The television network in my room was disconnected. I called the front desk reported and they told me will sent a technical come to my room repair next morning but no one come to my room repair.

The room smelled old and beds springs were whacked and very uncomfortable. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. When asked if we could have a microwave to use, we were told double bed rooms didn't come with such appliances. Yet, we were not informed that at the time of booking. Instead, we were told we could come to lobby area to use the microwave there. Micro wave was located in what looked like a dirty filthy employees lunch room. The whole hotel itself needs major renovations!!! Will not ever stay there again nor will we ever recommend it to anyone.

The a/c didn't work and we were put in a non-smoking room that clearly people had been smoking in prior to our stay. The previous renters had put a plastic bag over the smoke alarm so that it would not go off. So smokey room + no a/c makes for a bad experience.

Hotel staff extremely helpful. Hotel was what I expected and more. Clean, Comfortable (my bed was very comfortable, as if I was in a more expensive hotel) Bathrooms could use updating, however they were very clean and everything you needed was there. Room had safe, mini fridge and microwave. I would definitely go there again. Recommended it to the people we were going to see, and they will be using it for their out of town guests in the future. Did not have their continental breakfast so I cannot comment on it. However we did take advantage of the coffee in the lobby every morning. This was a nice plus.

I was a little disappointed that our room did not come with a refrigerator or mircowave. However, the maintenance man did come through with one of each from another room. The t.v. was old and we had to have the maintenance man come twice because the remote would not change the channels and you need to be very close, at an angle for the channels to change. The housekeeping did not change our towel until I put them at the front door and the did not leave any washcloths. However, the man at the front desk was very nice and I had no problem checking in or getting new washcloths from the front desk. This is a cheap way to explore Washington and overall I had a nice experience. Might I add, TAKE THE SUBWAY IN. my husband and I decided to drive and it was he'll.

It was ok wish I had gotten a better discount because I had to check out early due to an emergency at home (FL)

The motel was OK. DId not use the pool although it looked nice. The room wasn't very clean, probably because it was old. The cabinet in the bathroom was very old and needed lots of updating. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location

Great staff thank you! however, breakfast seems they've been serving old bagel.

We stayed for five days while we explored Washington D.C. The receptionist Zakiya was extremely helpful and friendly always and Steve the shuttle driver was great. The free breakfast consisted of cereal, donuts, toast, bagels, English muffins, milk, orange juice and one hot item; usually scrambled eggs or biscuits and gravy. One day they had bacon. The hotel was exactly as we had anticipated for a budget motel where you really get a lot for your money: free shuttle and free breakfast. We walked across the street to IHOP a Pizza Place, Italian place and a Chinese place each night. Sheets were clean and bed comfy. So if you don't mind a little chipped tile, dirty carpets and some dust in the corners in order to have a cheap place to crash at night, this is a five star budget motel for you can spend your bucks in D.C.
