The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel previously with no problems. However this time, we just felt like it could have been cleaner. There were clothing tags found in our room from the previous guest....which made me wonder how well had the room been cleaned..and on two different occasions there were cups left in the Elevator by other guests.

Staff was disappointing and our AC didn’t work. Doesn’t include toiletries and our door was fairly. They charge for everything! Including WiFi even when you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member. I had to correct them about charging me for WiFi after showing proof of being a member. Elevators are extremely slow and only ONE was working. The Hyatt is a much better alternative

Walking distance to an impressive mall and many restaurants. Hotel was clean and beautiful.

I paid for a "club room", it's closed on Saturday's, so my experience is based on that. I paid for extra benefits, but did not receive any. When I asked for a partial refund, none was available since I used third party (Orbitz) for the booking

It was close to the mall and was convenient It needs updating by Marriott.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located with an adequate staff. I think the internet connection ought to be free and seamless. Just roll it into the price because everyone gets it anyway. I guess some more if you don’t make it std equipment with a room. $9.95 is robbery In a day when internet is free at McDonald’s

This was a great place to stay. Clean and very nice! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
