The biggest plus for me is the property is a few feet off the biking Rail Trail. The staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but in need of some repair and updating. The basics were all available and for the price it's a good deal. I did feel safe snd the owner is updating.

Great location. It’s not a 5 star motel but it was sufficient and it was definitely economical for the area.

Worth for the price and location. Mini continental breakfast is also provided although it's not mentioned in the hotel amenities.

Very convenient location. Nice grounds. Good access to rail trail.

We have been going to the Cape since the 70s. We go there at least 4 times a year up to 8. We've stayed in campgrounds, cottages and motels. We really enjoyed the clean, clean pool. It is a nice, typical Cape Cod hotel with charm and the rooms are furnished with older furnishings, but clean. The owners have a wonderful staff and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The grounds are so enjoyable with lovely plantings. There's a bike rack under a small pavilion, a beautiful swing set and slide, horseshoes, badminton, and the Cape Cod bike/walking trail is right at the parking lot. Just a wonderful weekend getaway. The A/C really works well and our room was extremely cool when we checked in on a warm day in August. We liked that we could open our window if we wanted fresh air and we could pull the car up to the room - no stairs to lug suitcases etc. The breakfast room is beautiful, new looking, spacious with reading materials, comfy chairs and lots of fresh coffee, muffins, pastries, cereal and yogurt. No eggs, so we brought our own hardboiled eggs and cooked up some bacon ahead of time and warmed it in the microwave in the breakfast room. Just a lovely place and people who stay here can head up to Blue Sea Motel in Truro and hang out at the bay there because the two motels have an arrangement. We had a great weekend. The room had two double beds, small table and two chairs with a small refrigerator. Beds were firm and comfortable. Great for two people.

Been staying here for 30+ years. Kids took over from parents and have done a great job maintaining and upgrading. Close to Wellfleet and Nauset Light Beach.

Nice room, nice grounds, nice pool, near beaches.

Great location. Close to the beach. Close to everything. Awesome value.

Needed a place to stay one night close to Provincetown before we could check into our condo. This was perfect for that purpose and very economical. Young family runs it and enjoyed seeing kids out playing. Very quiet rooms. Simple and dated, but quite nice. worked great for what we needed.

Terrific barebones hotel, with awesome walking/biking path running behind the property. The staff is super friendly and just soooo nice. My only two dings on the place is the overwhelming musty/moldy smells coming out of the old air conditioner unit and having no hot water in the evenings because, assumably, everyone staying at the sold out place is getting ready to go out for the evening. Still, I would stay again.

Hotel is okay. Late breakfast starts at 8 am. not so good if you are traveling somewhere. Pool is very clean and nice. TV stations seem limited. convenient to drive into property with a street light right there.
