Way way way overpriced. It’s a $89 a nite place at best with a crappy restaurant and no bar.

It's a great place to stay in a beautiful setting. The room is a large one bedroom apartment. It's older and decorated in 70's/80's style but who cares? We weren't there to enjoy the apartment--we were there to fish. Very helpful and friendly staff. Small grocery on site for essentials. The beds were comfortable. Everything in the kitchen worked well. My only complaint was the dinning table that wasn't cleaned very well. We will definitely stay there again.

We had to call them to come and clean our room one night. The room we were in had no air conditioning and it was hot even with the fan. Needs to have upgraded rooms, bathtub leaked all night. The meals at the resort were very good. Ate there every day. Beautiful location and close to the boat dock. We are hoping that they will get microwaves and fridges in the rooms someday. We will stay there again because of the convenient location.

Great location for Fishing and Hunting. This is a great fishing and hunting lodge.

Room was very clean and well kept. The two beds were small for Queen size and made it quite uncomfortable. The other bit of advice would be to direct the heat so it is not blowing directly on the bed.. We enjoyed the large TV and the quiet room.

I was very disappointed that we heard lots of pounding in the early hours of the morning. I think the maintenance guy lived above are room. Also we heard lots of noise through the walls as the housekeeping room was on the right of us. So between those two there was lots of noise and what was suppose to be a peaceful getaway was ruined.

If Dutch John Utah is not on your radar, it should be. The geology, forests and canyons are beautiful and concentrated in the pristine corner of the west. I selected this property because I was fishing the world-class Green River and wanted to stay affordably with some local feel. I received a very friendly welcome which is a great way to set the tone of the stay. Checked into my room and enjoyed the front porch of my room (like other guests around me) for some down time after a long drive. Very relaxing watching the momma deer and her parade by and then off to dinner at the resort's restaurant. Again a very warm conversational welcome to the busy dining room for a hearty meal. I travel a lot for fly fishing excursions and I deliberately look for this style of family run resort/motel experience where you can engage in casual conversation with the staff and other guests, exchange a few fishing tips and enjoy a clean comfortable room. There is a lot of work put into creating a certain type of ambience that makes the guest experience authentic. Little things like a large well kept lawn between lodging units, no clutter behind the buildings, a few rock gardens mixed in. This work creates sort of a classic feel reminding me of small resorts I visited as a kid in the 60s and 70s. And then the staff offering a genuine, local style of hospitality that can't be created or coached but rather comes naturally from good people. I can't wait to return.

Excellent restaurant, well stocked convenience store, and service.

Your stay isn't up to our standards and need to follow-up on what happened as to why your room didn't get cleaned that day. We have upgraded a few of our motels but hope to be able to keep upgrading. Our Suites do have air conditioning but we understand the suggestion to have them in all the rooms, especially in July. Most of all we wanted to thank you for staying with us, we really do appreciate it.
