Staff was very friendly and helpful

Hotel shut down (due to virus) during our stay. They relocated us to the hotel next door. Breakfast staff started cleaning and removing food right when we sat down even though breakfast lasted another 1+hours. Very distracting

The decor was great, but the check in time was way to late. All flights land in the early morning and then the room was not ready until after 3pm. We had to wait 5 hours for our room and nowhere to change or freshen up

Rooms were very small, even just for two people. Room service stopped too early, at 9pm. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Great location, easy access to airport bus. Located in temple bar area with shopping and entertainment close by.

Hotel in perfect location near to restaurants and shopping, place is clean , bathroom very spacious, the only negative is if you’re staying in 4th floor you have stairs to go up to ,hard if you have big luggage have to get help .

Great location near Temple Bar & Trinity College. Older building recently remodeled, large rooms & comfortable bed. After arriving in Dublin on overnight flight the hotel receptionist was able to get our room ready & us checked in @ 11:30 am instead of the normal 3:00 pm checkin.

Very nice property. Our room was small, but to be expected however there was quite an odor in the room. However everything else was wonderful. Helpful staff and amenities and close to everything.

Great location near Temple Bar area, room was great but not informed of major construction next door and spent the entire time plugging our noses till we got to the room as the hallways, entrance smelled of strong chemical/glue smell.

Excellent location in Dublin - could walk to everything!

Conveniently located in the Temple Bar district the hotel is reasonably priced but some of the amenities could be updated.

Comfortable beds, clean room, hot shower, close to action. Would stay again!!!!

Room was small but comfortable. Very centrally located which made sightseeing and shopping very easy, but also meant was nosier at night with pub right below it.

It was an overnight stay for flight connection. The room was adequate, however its comfort and security were greatly diminished as the window to outside rear of building was stuck in an open position due to broken frame frozen off track. Reported condition of window to staff but nothing could be done until the following day, presumably after we checked out.

Very basic. No Air conditioning but they will give you a little fan. The noise on the street wasn't too bad except the jackhammer at 7am in TGIF downstairs. The tv volume was locked on low so with the street noise and thin walls it was hard to hear most times, there were only 4/5 stations anyway. Same basic breakfast everyday not worth the money. The vending machine were out for our stay. Strangely the toilet tissue was located right next to the shower which only has a half glass door so it was always splashed. The location however is EXCELLENT . Everything is close walking distance and a cute little market store across the street but the rooms DO NOT have mini fridge, ice or microwaves. Wasn't bad just not overly comfortable but your not there to stay in your rooms all day either lol.

It was a nice hotel with good value for the money. Being near the bars was good and bad. Easy to get there but when it was time for bed noisy in the room.

Very nice hotel & wonderful staff Hotel in the middle of Temple Bar area makes it convenient to get to many locations

The staff were extremely helpful and great location!
