The room is old with mold, furniture the same, toilet was broken, heater and phone too, no breakfast just coffe

My friend lost her wallet id money phone everything. My number was the only one she remembered I got her the hotel and they wouldn’t let her in because she didn’t have an id!

It was gross and the door had decidedly been kicked in.

Check in took about 30 minutes which is way too long. The room was okay. Needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom came with a built in bottle opener right by the toilet which is handy if you need to open your beer whilst relieving yourself. Check out was quick and easy.

I have always been unable to smell normally. So when I say that there was an unusual odor in my room it has to be pretty bad. Basically clean but very worn and older for the years of very apparent heavy usage it was hardly worth the discounted prepaid price. This was a large disappointment. Then again what do I know since I've only been traveling world wide for 50 years.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst place in earth.

Reserved my room, checked in about 5 hours later. The man at the counter handed me my card and I went to get in and couldn't after many tries. When I came back he tried to give me a different room that was not what I had paid for (king size bed, kitchen, smoking). He then told me he couldn't do anything, then called the manager. Manager shows up 15 minutes later and let's me in the room and basically had to kick it open. The lock to my door wouldn't work and there were literally people doing drug deals in the parking lot next to my truck. The bed was not king size. The room was not a smoking room and they didn't have free breakfast as listed. In the morning, I went to the office were a different man was working. I asked him if there were any other king size, kitchen smoking rooms available and he checked and informed me there was; even though the guy the night before said no and made me wait 20 minutes for a room that wasn't what I paid for. Not help from the morning guy, he just simply said "I wasn't working last night" over and over as I explained the situation. I gave up. Very disappointing stay.

I never in USA slept in the hotel like that. I booked this one because it was close to funeral home that I have to visit. First: the key card did not work. And I have to go back and fourth to the desk four times in the middle of the night. Second: Everything in the room smells. No hair drier, no shampoo, just 2-3 cloth hooks,... The bed sheets so old and dirty. For all days that I staid there nobody did change the bed sheets and make my bed. Overall it was the worse hotel that I booked in my life.

Cheap place to sleep for a night. Listing of "continental breakfast" is a little misleading. A cellophane wrapped pastry and no coffee doesn't count in my opinion. Not unexpected at this price. I think you can get a more at about the same price.

We wanted to get out as soon as possible. Carpet was torn, sheets had cigarette holes and tar on them. We were offered new sheets but refused. Bathroom door won't close all the way. The Fire Department was across the street and sirens were going several times that night. Continental Breakfast was all gone by 8 A.M. We didn't get our muffin. We would not refer this place to anyone.

Overall experience was good. My two complaints are there was no microwave in the room, and the refrigerated had no adjustment.

The room was pretty much what we expected for the price--good enough for a night. The room was clean, but there were a few things that were not up to par (which, I suppose, is how they can charge much less than their competitors) such as the TV is from the 90's, the sink area seemed to have had some work done by a hack-job repairman, the exhaust fan in the shower/toilet room sounded like a jet engine... The price certainly outweighed any shortcomings.

The quality of the room was not good, there are stains in the carpet, cobwebs in the bathroom ceiling, buckled or torn wallpaper, wi fi kept dropping, and there was not a continental breakfast. We went to breakfast at 10am and it was just coffee and juice.

Review title says it all, this place is scary- would NOT stay at this place

Close to me. Very convenient. Clean and comfortable rooms. With full amenities, including wi -fi, refreigerater, microwave, and cable TV. This hotel is in a nice location, near shopping, and dinning. I would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Always good, nice rooms, very clean fresh and. Accessible.

we just needed a bed and shower...nothing fancy..got there an hour early and they checked us in anyways, no extra charge. We were thrilled that there were NO BED BUGS. looking at the room you think that there might be some, but it was bug free. The staff was very nice and helpful. If you just need a bed and shower..this is the place. Good price for us. oh...we got a fridge and microwave too. I thought that I would need my own sheets, but their's were nice...not cheap and itchy. the bed was comfy too!!!! Make sure you bring slippers. but that goes for all hotels.

Very run-down. Mold in bathroom.

Although I stayed in a smoking room, it shouldn't smell like stale cigars. The phone jack was exposed, there was an air conditioning unit but no outlet to plug it into. The lights over the sink was exposed and the one outside the door didn't work. Make sure you take your own alarm clock, because they don't provide one and there weren't a lot of options as far as the T.V. goes. I can't say that this would be my first choice to recommend to someone, but it works as a last resort.

I am glad we are out of there. Kids? Don't have any but I would never ever feel like I would be creating a safe environment for children bringing them to this hotel. Holes in the wall. Virtually no provisions and a tone of people outside talking and cutting up. Who knows if some were up to no good.

We are disheartened to know your stay was not excellent. Your concerns about the room will be addressed. This is not the stay we aim to provide, so we hope to have another chance the next time you're in town.
