Nice staff and generally clean room, bit the ac unit was a dealbraker. Could not properly cool the room, and even worse, was excessively noisy. I had to turn it off at night to get some sleep. Hilton needs to replace these units ASAP.

there was so much snow, they refused to shovel my car got stock for hours, i slipped on ice, couldn't breathe cause of my health conditions(asthma), and they gave me a dirty room until i asked for a new one!

Shower had pubes on the wall. People partying till 3 in th morning above me. Restaurant wasn't open when it said, and once the cooks arrived, took half an hour for some eggs. Had a baby in diapers apparently lost and chose my room so staff were about to open my door when I intercepted them. Kids running up and down the halls. Maybe just a one-off, but terrible 2 days spent there.

The lobby was beautiful! A waterfall great 4 a wedding!

Rooms were updated and lobby was nice, but you still could tell how dated the location was. Wasn't impressed with the cleaning job done on my room, but accept it could be an outlier.

Check- in went awesome, very friendly/helpful front desk associate. Room was as stated and ‘seemed’ clean. Ice bucket had spilled coffee residue all over; the ‘real’ glasses were visually dirty. Luckily I travel with cleansing wipes! Then I went to restaurant and was ignored for 30 minutes. Went back to room to order room service - was told it was not available due to being ‘really, really’ busy but I could call back in an hour which would have been after the time room service ended. Luckily they gave me a cookie on check-in - that was my dinner! Obviously food service portion of hotel is NOT equipped for being sold out with multiple activities.

Our stay was nice. We had no issues and the staff is super friendly, probably the friendliest I have encountered in my recent trips.

kind of a goofy exit off the expressway. Overall a very good experience..we were there for the Detroit marathon

We stayed here for one night on route to Toronto. This hotel is probably the only hotel I'd recommend staying at in Dearborn. Its located in a bit of sketchy neighborhood, but the amenities and security are good. The hotel room is clean and hallways look a little dated. I would highly recommend staying here. Its located close to Warren street, if you would like to try the local Middle Eastern cuisine.

Bad: Noisy AC window unit ,had to sleep with a pillow on my head. Air circulated smelled funny, like someone had poured perfume or something into it in the past. Bedspread was just a plain comforter, without duvet, sandwiched between two sheets. It fell apart with modest tossing/turning. Pretty sure the comforter is never laundered so, gross.. Restaurant/bar was expensive and the food was meh. The daytime waitstaff were hard to find and not very enthusiastic, had to ask for the obvious things, like silverware, napkins, condiments etc. The Evening Bar staff were much better. The hotel also slipped in a previously undisclosed 'parking charge' on exit, so add about 5$/day to your budget. Walls were thin, could hear the upstairs units plumbing, footsteps and muffled voices. Good: Grounds were clean and parking felt very secure. Lobby was eye catching. Hotel was walking distance to other restaurants so you have options. The cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. It seems Doubletree must have bought this from some cheaper hotel chain, and spent most of their remodeling budget on the lobby, not the rooms.

Its a little hard to find small sign and not very visible from the road.

This was our second time to the property. We loved it the first time so booked again. This trip, the room we booked wasn't available, our breakfasts were overlooked and old Friday when we stayed, didn't attempt to go back again for a meal. The last night of our stay our room was never cleaned, we had no clean towels and when I called the front desk I was hung up on twice and didn't even bother to call back.
