Very clean, rooms are depressing! Why? Have ever been to a motel or hotel room that did not have pictures hanging or fake plants in the room; very very depressing; This is the major problem, when you check in , they should tell you that because of coco, they don’t automatically clean the room, you have to request. No problem, tell me this at check in!

I would like to give this excellent hotel building and its staff five stars. However, I must give an overall rating of four stars, as the shortage of people to fill jobs at hotels in the Detroit area resulted in no one ever coming to my room to empty the trash. Nonetheless, every other aspect of the hotel was very clean.

Inside the sideborad of the bed was old toenails and llots of dust and other particles. This was very disappointing because everything wlse was immaculate!

Worst hotel stay ever!!! Unclean rooms, no working kitchen, dirty towels, amenities.... overa a horrendous stay. My family and I will NOT be returning.

My room was clean I just did not have a blow dryer, or an iron and my neighbors was too loud, the kids was in the pool with food, but the staff was wonderful and nice

The floor in our room and bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. And the bathroom sink kept backing up. We found the sink filthy several times after it had backed up. Also, there was a black sticky spot on one of the bed pillowcases. I found it disturbing when twice someone tried to open our door on the first night of our stay. We don't plan to stay at this Marriott again.

Clean rooms and super professional staff. Ive stayed at the Westin nearby and Best Western but this has far surpaased them both as far as clealiness and hospitality!

The staff here are so nice - friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is my second stay here in less than a month and if I have to come back to town again, will be where I stay for sure. The room is clean and comfortable and the food is very good too. Great experience at this hotel!

Horel is nice & clean. Extremely excessive noise in lobby/check in area & among groups of guests at hotel is a major downside. The hotel appears to be overtaken by certain groups of guests which prevents other guests from enjoying the amenities/services.
