There was a misunderstanding with my reservation and the manager call me right away and didn’t talk to me as if “I”have a problem but “we have a misunderstanding, what do I want to do?” We drove for 8 hours straight to get there and we were wiped out and the gentleman I talked to was easy going and kept it simple on what we can do about the problem. I felt he wanted to help with what would make me happy. When I go back to Michigan to visit I am staying there.

Room had a lot of stains, broken closet doors, dirty shower, stain on bed sheets & torn covers.

The rooms were very clean and nice sized. However, the room I stayed in the AC unit did not work. I called the front desk to talk to the receptionist who told me the hotel was booked full and it was no one no other rooms availableIt blew out hot air it was miserable. There were people being extremely loud in the hallways at all hours of the night and nothing was done about it.

The room it self was decent. The hotel in general was very dirty, most outside doors were broken could open with out a key. We had to wait an hour after check in for our room to be cleaned.

Probably one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. During a time when cleaning should be enhanced it clearly is not. The curtains were almost falling off the wall. There was hair everywhere and opened coffee and tea packets. There was no toilet paper roll on the wall. None of the cabinets or drawers worked properly. Overall disappointed in this property.

This was the worst hotel experience that my family and I have had in a very long time. The room we were given smelled like someone had a marijuana bonfire in it right before we came. They switched us to a different room that didn't smell as bad, but definitely still noticeable. My nieces wanted to swim, so we went to the pool and it was absolutely packed. Lastly, when we turned off the lights at 11:30pm, to go to sleep, we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to us, allowing us no rest. Stay Clear from this hotel!

Staff was super friendly. There were a few minor imperfections (rips in bed skirt, connecting door damage, etc.), but everything was clean and you got what you paid for. The breakfast great and I loved the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room very comfortable bedding . Pool was small. Exercise room small. Service excellent

It is right around the corner from our Corp Headquarters so it works out great. The staff is always helpful and makes you feel at home. The room has a great layout and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you

The room was dirty and the carpet was stained near the bathroom like the toilet had run over. It smelled like it had as well. There were stains everywhere in the room like drinks had been spilled. The remote for the tv had the back of it missing and the batteries were taped in. I honestly didnt want to touch anything in the room. If I was going to be there more than one night I would have gotten a refund.
