I DIDNT LIKE THAT THERE WAS NO DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA AND NO ASH TRAYS SO CIGARETTE BUTTS ALL OVER THE GROUND. NO AVAILABLE OUTSIDE TRASH CANS.VERY POPULAR PLACE OF BUSINESS SO YOU WOULD THINK THESE THINGS WOULD BE PROVIDED ESPECIALLY FOR CLEANLINESS PURPOSES.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable, however a few ladies in the front desk staff were very inhospitable and just plain rude. I had to ask several times for our room to have housekeeping as we needed more toilet paper and towels and it took 5 calls to the front desk in a period of 4 hours to have that sent up and each time we called they seemed so bothered. The hallways also did smell like smoke even though we were on a non-smoking floor. Also, the pool area was very messy.

The valet service/parking situation could have been better. Had a couple times where I waited 30 minutes for my vehicle to be pulled around, only to be let known that the lady up front did not tell the valet to get the car yet. To which she just gave me my keys and told me where to get it. I tipped myself 10$.

No washcloths. Front desk all but refused to give us washcloths. Wanted to charge us $50 to check in early but they can’t afford washcloths. Front desk clerks were not nice at all. Not friendly. Room was nice but showed signs of lackluster cleaning. Will not stay here again.

There was no hot water to shower with. Cold water makes for a great shower to get to work....

very dirty despite the extra Covid cleaning promises . holes and stains on my sheets. It is a college dorm with halls filled with smoke. no mask wearing

Its alright they charge even for lste check out , No parking space for cars unless you pay the valley 35 dollars , over charging was not expected.

The roof top pool is the coolest feature. It is very cenyral to uptown down town and capital hill. I lost my wallet at this hotel. It was either in the lobby or by the pool. Both early in the morning. I inquired to a staff member if a wallet was found or tur ex in. No was the answer. I even emailed the property. I have not heard anythi g at all from them. In the mean time thT i eas tryi gto fi d my wallet by tearing up my room. And.combing thr.u areas of.the hotel. They had the nerve to charge me for an extra day. I inquired about this still nothi g on thisnpoint either. I will put a charge back for the whole stay. Then staff were unhelpful###
