Drove 2-1/2 hours to find that $400/night suite wasn't ready 15 minutes after posted check-in time. Desk clerk stated she would take my number and call when the room was ready. An hour later, it still wasn't ready. We had an early dinner reservation and a concert. I would've booked elsewhere if I knew they couldn't meet the check-in time. The last time I stayed here, I woke up and found that there was no hot water. This place has been my favorite place to stay in Denver for the past 20 years. I won't be staying there anymore.

The Brown Palace has become very shabby. I will not be staying there again in the near future.

It needs to be remodeled

Excellent place to spend the weekend

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and charm beautiful hotel

Historic Hotel, great musical entertainment in the lobby in the evenings. Great food.

Historic and beautiful Classic service. Lots of character.

We were excited to stay in such a historical place. It drips with elegance and charm.

I didn’t like ORBITZ as they sold me a package that was not correct and caused me embarrassment at checkout so probably stay away from Orbitz

The history and location which made it easy to walk around downtown Denver

The staff were friendly, helpful, always available; the jazz ensemble in the atrium at cocktail hour were the best we have heard. The restaurants serve delicious food. Try the prime rib at Ship Tavern. The Grand Champion steer in the lobby from the stock show was an added bonus; the history of that association with the Brown is very interesting. We will never stay anywhere else in Denver from now on. True luxury at its finest.

was very nice and clean. accommodating staff and very friendly. we took the tour and that was an amazing plus

We went at Christmas time and it was decorated so beautifully! The Holiday buzz was constant in the most wonderful way. Piano and trumpet band in the lobby - Dickens Carolers in the Ships Tavern and lobby were such a delight to hear! It really made our time there much more special. We also took a tour and learned some history of the hotel and ghosts. Would recommend!
