Very comfortable stay

We were disappointed with our stay because the room had a terrible smell. There were quite a few badly done repairs in the room, as well as closet doors that did not open very easily. The staff were nice and apologetic, but we’re unable to provide a fix for us since they were booked up. They did offer a room refresher spray, but the smell of the spray smelled just as bad as the room. We had to just deal with the smell. I was told the manger would be notified to see what could be done, but we never heard back. We love Marriott’s but this one disappointed us.

I know Covid has changed things, but it was hard to get ahold of clean towels and other necessities here. I think those should be a given at a hotel. And the grab and go breakfast was disappointing... a dry bagel and granola bar.

Room was fine, but drawers could be cleaned better. Breakfasts were in sacks because of Covid which was fine but could use more imagination. First day was a bagel, cream cheese, a granola bar and an orange. The other two days there was no fruit.

Great breakfast. I think the scrambled eggs were ACTUALLY eggs and not hydrated powder. Room was very spacious. Rooms are public space are a bit dated, but comfy and clean nonetheless.

All of the staff were very helpful and cheerful as well. Our room was very comfortable. It would be a great place for a long stay. Restaurants and a movie theater are within walking distance. We will stay again whenever we get in the area.

Second time staying at a Residence Inn and it was great!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and our room was very comfortable. It felt like home. Great place to relax. The continental breakfast was amazing. The lobby and sitting areas would be a great place to hang out with friends.

Great staff, great room, great property. We enjoyed the courtyard area which included a pool, seating area with a fire pit and grill, and a volleyball/basketball court.

Great place! Next to many restaurants and a movie theater. Book it directly you will get a cheaper rate than orbitz or the like. Beautiful rooms and friendly staff

When we checked in where told we would be in a Garden suite. We didn't realize that meant the basement. There were windows and the room was very nice, so it wasn't as bad as it sounds . . . except that at night the fans for the rest of the apatments were right outside of our window and were turning off and on all night. Breakfast was adequate, but the scrambled eggs and potatoes were cold. My wife didn't care for the orange juice, and the waffles used a thinner mix and tasted different than what I'm used to. Overall the stay was nice.

Extremely polite staff!!! Did a great job and the room was perfect. The breakfast was a variety and great quality. We will be staying at Residence Inn again.

It was perfectly quiet with easy access to the freeway so we could get to our daughter's house quickly. The coffee in the room was delicious and the suite was well appointed and very comfortable. The only snag we hit was the electronic door key did not function very well -- frustrating.

Arrived at midnight jet lagged from NY. Room was fine and excellent breakfast next day before heading to ski slopes.

great hotel

Business

All of the staff were very helpful and cheerful as well. Our room was very comfortable. It would be a great place for a long stay. Restaurants and a movie theater are within walking distance. We will stay again whenever we get in the area.
