Very disappointed in the breakfast. You really should update your website if your breakfast doesn't match what you advertise. It's one of the reasons we chose this hotel, only to be extremely disappointed.

It was super convenient, however the walls are paper thin. Even to the point of having ear plugs on the night stand for us. Not Good!

If you have to spend a night at DEN, choose any other property. I called to get information about their shuttle. The front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. The shuttle never came. Took a cab for $35. When I got there, the lobby was filled with people trying to check in. There was one kid, 20ish, on duty. That’s it. He was clearly unable to handle the system. And he didn’t seem to care. He actually refused to check an older gentleman in. Told him to find another place to stay. He claimed the man threw his key at him. Didn’t see it, but it was after giving this man a key to a room that was occupied. Twice. The room itself was ok, but the hallways had a strange odor. The baseboard behind the front desk was removed and you could see that holes were drilled at the base of the wall for termite treatment. This was perhaps the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Excellent sleeping rooms!

The inconvenience of changing four times rooms because we had issues with the knob in the shower, glog sink, cleanliness, and no hot water, In one of those times they gave me a room that was already taken. The smell in the rooms was unpleasant. And to finalized our stay the morning that we are getting ready to check out we had to evacuate the hotel because some pipes broke up and the lobby was flooding. Definatelly I wont stay in this hotels.

Check in waa a slow process and parking almost full. Do not book for Breakfast. They provide only cereal. Alarm went off in the morning and they said BF was closed.

Convenient to airport with shuttle ride. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff seemed cold/unfriendly and in a hurry to get rid of me. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear all the noises in surrounding rooms. The shower water never got warm. TV channels took forever to load, if they ever loaded at all. Microwave was almost useless, had to microwave things twice as long. Overall it was just a place to lay my head before an early morning flight. Will stay someplace else next time.
