1. DISH TV was a mystery, using channel up/down resulted in random channels appearing. Channel Guide did not match programs shown. 2. Breakfast was minimal in items offered. Pastries were loaded with preservatives.

The room smelled really bad, the sink had a hole in it, the tub was stained really bad with something gross, overall it was pretty bad.

The ac dont work. Tried complaining to the frontdesk twice about it and thet did nothing about it. Outside is colder then the inside

Nothing we liked , pathetic customer service, rooms were not being cleaned everyday , towels were not being provided, water wasn’t there , soaps, shampoo and conditioner were never given us in entire stay. There were other people too, who were complaining

The manager was rude. I called ahead because I needed to make a change to the dates due to the storm. She chise not to answer the question that I asked and I had to sit and listen to her "educate me" on some other informarion that she assuned I wanted to know but already knew. I repeated the question in a different way and she was short. She also didn't understand her own policy with regard to oayment method. I used a chase card to reserve the room and then said they couldn't accept ANY prepaid card at all. I have a paypal card. I called customer service and they were only slightly better, but explained that they cannot accept cards without a name on them but somehow CAN acceot cash. I didn't understand why this would be if the reservation was under my name with my Chase bank card, so I just ultimately paid with cash because I budgeted my trip by adding money to my paypal card on purpose so I wouldn't use my bank account money because that was my CHOICE. Throughout the entire transaction the manager had this horrifying fake evil smile with clenched teeth that she spoke through. She was not at all pleasant to interact with, exuding a attitude of unwelcomeness toward me as a result of the payment metjod I chose. I will think twice before I stay at another La Quinta Inn, for sure.

Room was smelly- had an air filter unit taking up most the table - carpet was stained - tv wouldn’t turn on

Good location but very outdated. Too much money for an old bldg, with outside entrances. Room was fine except for shower plumbing, very difficult to fine tune hot & cold. Almost got scalded, then went cold all of a sudden. Wont revisit there again.

Holes in parking lot. Bathroom floor dirty. Damp room caused ,me to sneeze constantly.
