The location is great, which was the reason why I chose it, however I was a bit disappointed with the room itself(stains on the carpet, chair, and wall. The staff was amazing. I did enjoy though, I just most likely will choose another hotel next time in the same area.

The hotel was really a prime location. The staff was absolutely awesome and very friendly and informative. With things starting to open up, there were some thing that were still closed like the restaurant, coffee shop, and pool, otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

I did not enjoy this establishment. The check in was late. The staff was short. Anytime I asked questions or a request, I would get a response hours later. I asked for silverware two days in a row; the hotel did not have any. I had to keep asking for coffee in the lobby. In addition, I noticed there was a stain on my sheets. I called at 10:00 am to get them changed. When I came back at around 3:00 pm, the sheets were still not changed. Then, the manager asked me if I wanted to change them myself. I do not plan on staying here at this location. It was extremely unprofessional to me.

Room was too warm and uncomfortable to sleep at night. Temperature is regulated so couldnt cool off. Will not be staying again.

The AC was out. My room never went below 80 degrees. When I asked about it they just blamed it on the pandemic and said the hotel hasn’t been full so it’s not their problem. Great philosophy for a $165 Hilton hotel room in downtown Denver?

I’ll start with what was good-Christopher. The air conditioning and hot water did not work. They brought us a fan, still too hot. The place was dirty. I felt sorry for the staff, they tried to find new ways to say sorry everyday to multiple people waiting in line. It was terrible.

The hotel was ok, is really close to everything in downtown, museums and 16th street mall. They need to be careful when cleaning the room, I saw some stains in the toilet. The parking fee is expensive, I have paid less in other hotels in the same area and with valet-parking, I recommend looking for parking outside their parking garage.

This hotel sells their devices and when you get there, they will tell you that they don’t have hot water and move you to other hotel (in my case that that hotel didn’t have hot water either)...horrible experience and is worst when is snowing, you get to the hotel after a 4/30 hours of flying, 2 hours getting a rental car and your body is just tired...👎

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were quick to respond to issues that arose. However there were a few problems that were disappointing. The inability to obtain hot water in the mornings until 10 am. was most annoying. General maintenance was not up to standard of Hilton name.

We are arrived earlier than the check in time, but the staff was able to check us in. It made our stay even better.

Great hotel had fun. Nice location nice bed and staff

I did not check in and cancelled reservations and they still charged my card

I was happy of the location of the Hotel but the surroundings were unpleasant and at times dangerous.

The place is newly open, rooms are nice, amenities are all open. Good location 1 step at the beach. Friendly staffs.

Great location for shopping and food. Friendly customer services and served coffee/tea at specific time due to COVID19.

I enjoyed that it was close to transportation and within walking distance of 16th street mall. It is a shame that things weren't open due to Covid-19 restrictions but I would stay here again. Wish parking didn't cost an arm & leg but at least there were parking garages close by that offered cheaper overnight stays. Another downside is that the wall are paper thin. You can literally hear people walking and talking through all hours of the night which made it a little troublesome at times to fall asleep

Private parking lot is nice, but expensive at $42 a day.

Clean, friendly staff, good location, would stay again!
