$8 dollar fee to park that is not discussed on their web site. Pigeons roost in the trees in the parking lot depositing droppings on your vehicle. I had to scrub the windshield before I was able to drive. No hot water twice in a one week stay. Internet drops out repeatedly. Drunks hanging out in the parking lot until early morning. Not BW quality. I expect to see this is a Super 8 on my next trip.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The guy who drove us from the airport went out of his way to make sure we got a ride in the morning. The guy who checked us in was cordial and friendly and efficient. best Best Western I've ever stayed at.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay to park my car on a property that I already paid to stay at that’s just wrong

Bathrooms need remodeling Late reception person (I think Mike) was super helpful

There was no hot water so I couldn’t take a shower not to mention I couldn’t use the pool or hot tub due to Covid restrictions. So basically I got a bed for the night.

crumbs on the bed, trash in the trashcan, crumbs on the floor in the corners of the room, a couple pubic hairs in the tub, wrinkled sheets/covers all in the middle of a pandemic. Thank god I packed a sleeping bag... pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere decent.

The staff was friendly and it was a nice room it was just upsetting that the hot water didn’t work during my visit )))):

This was a very clean and quiet hotel, the pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID but that's understandable. Ruby was the kind angel who helped me check in and allowed me to check in early which was a blessing as I had been traveling since 3am and needed rest and a shower before my appointment.

This location had piles of trash in the 1st-floor hallways, the elevators were out of order and my room was on the third floor. Oh and the fire alarms were tested without warning in the morning.

Easy access to pool, front lobby, free coffee bar and complimentary water and lemonade.
