The motel did not have my booking for 2 hours. I had to wait at the motel for 2 hours before check in. The wi-fi was not working either. I called Orbitz and they were no help. A nightmare.

Felt very welcomed check in was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable the bathtub had an old soap stain on the floor and the jacuzzi looks like it needs a cleaning but otherwise was a good stay would come back!

Very clean & quiet and the staff is friendly no matter what time of the day. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Didn't know they were renovating, so we arrived after a 10 HR drive to have to dodge paint buckets, ladders, and trip over power cords. The paint odor and a gasoline smell were pretty obnoxious. Not a pleasant experience.

There was construction in the parking lot of both Fairfield and quality inn, limiting parking space. One night I had to park illegally at the apartment complex behind the hotel. There was construction in the room across the hall. They started working just before 8am and it wasn't quiet. We had a 3 night stay and after the 1st night I inquired about the option of moving to a different room. The agent at front desk said she would check and get back to me but never did. The next morning I went to the desk again and was assisted by Diana. She was excellent!! Very good customer service was provided and I was moved to a room on the upper floor in a quiet area. Thank you Diana for your help and conversation! The hotel was clean and comfortable.

I showed up to find that my request for a fridgerator I had requested prior the day before was not placed on the request list. I was frustrated but the check in staff bent over backwards to find a fridgerator fir my room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. .I would recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

Looked for a hotel close to boondocks family center. This was only 6min away. Plenty of food and stores around to go to. Room smelled a little damp but was ok. Pretty clean a little small. Over all decent hotel

I expected more from a Fairfield Inn. The room and dressing area was much smaller than I imagined it would be for $125 per night. The air conditioner did not work well. We could not get it to properly cool the room. This was a $60. hotel at best.

we booked this room in advance of our trip so we did not have to play the game upon arrival as it was my first time here. The grand kids were within a mile from us the hotel staff were very help full the kids and parents were allowed to come here and visit swim even the little ones were able to have the free break feast with us

The hotel was easy to find. Right off the freeway for ease of going anywhere around the Denver area. We could not ask for better treatment from the staff. We were very tired after our trip and they let us check in before 3:00. We were able to take a nap and shower before my family, that we were visiting, got out of work that day. The staff was very friendly and helpful on directions and and things to see. The breakfast had a lot of choices and different choices each day.

We were here for four nights, and had come to Westminster for our niece's wedding. Two grandsons were with us, so we reserved a suiite. It worked out well because of the semi-privacy it offered. The staff were all very helpful and willing to go out of their way.

The hotel is located reasonably well to the airtport and quite well to downtown attractions such as the Pepsi Center. We also felt the location was in a safe and pleasant area. Free breakfast was also a big plus for us. All staff members that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful.

Was a great stay......close to the interstate, comfortable rooms and the staff at the breakfast buffet was awesome.

The hotel was conveniently located from the freeway, and was very close to major shopping centers and restaurants. The layout of our room was ideal, and felt like a great deal of thought went into making it family friendly. There was plenty of space for my four children, including room for a pack and play for my toddler. The room had comfortable beds, linens, a flat screen t.v., microwave, fridge, and iron. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food to choose from, and the indoor pool and hot tub was open until 11 p.m. The staff was courteous and everything was very clean.

Arrived 9 PM. Needed some thing to drink. Had to walk down the outside stairs to pass through several young men with jockie's showing to get to the ground. Walked one block, similar young men asked if I had change for a $5, meaningless except to case my money clip. Back through the group, my wife was checking the bed for bedbugs. Arriving late even with a reservation we had to take a smoking room. They still exist? The van never came to get us at the airport, had to get a taxi (5 min) after waiting 30 min after calling. Shuttle was good back at 0400. The good side? We got what we paid for. Never again.

clean hotel, great staff
