It was ok I’ll stay there again

This hotel is right of the freeway, making it convenient to get to airport and downtown. Good free breakfast, had a large selection, of hot and cold choices. Large gym, lots of machines. Hotel was more than i expected.

Good central location and the staff were very friendly.

The bar and grill in the evening closed to soon, by the time we we returned to the hotel we could not get anything to eat. the event closed at 5 pm but by the time we got everything securied it was 7:30

My favorite thing was customer service above and beyond!! The gentleman, Daniel, was super!!! He treats each guest as friends or family and he treats the hotel as you would your own home.

The breakfast was far and away the best included price breakfast I have ever had. And I have traveled a lot. The traffic was louder in my room than I expected but the balcony was nice!

Older type furniture. The first room I was given was one the 1st floor. The door required no key to enter. A simple push on the door would unlock it. The mechanism was defective.

Right next to the Merchandise Mart. Super convenient for events held there. Costs is a little high for what it is...but I was paying for location convenience. I have stayed here several times..usually 3 consecutive days at a time. It's ok. Nice people at the check-in desk. There's an outdoor pool...of course open seasonally. The breakfast is good. Lots of options...even made-to-order omelets (these take quite awhile). Ice machine is on the 4th floor near the elevator. There's a Taco Johns/Steak Escape right across from the parking lot. Didn't eat there this time, but have in the past. Decent fast food. A couple of issues I would like to see resolved: 1. Lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom causes mold to be on the ceiling. Put in a fan. Or at least clean the mold. 2. Breakfast staff gets behind on tasks. No plates available one of the days I was there. No ice in the soda machine one of the days I was there. Advice: -The water in the shower is super hot. Especially if you are travelling with kids...be careful with that. -The parking lot out front is kind of small. If you come in late...it's likely you won't find a spot there. But there's a second lot just across the street. If you have already checked in and have your key card... Don't expect to be able to get in at the side door adjacent to that 2nd lot. No option to use your key card to get it open. You still have to come around to the front doors to get in.

I was charged a misc fee on my credit card but I never purchased a thing while there and there defiantly was no damage. They will be hearing from me on that! There must be an overhaul happening in the hotel which I'm sure will improve it. The bed was hard as a rock and after working a trades how all day, that was the last thing I wanted. The train runs all night and the freeway is right outside also so bring your earplugs.

The Breakfast was great, they have an egg/omelet bar but that was all that was great. The bathroom floor was filthy, and I killed at least 2 spider a day in the bathroom. The second night we came back to our room to find no bathmat, one bath towel and one hand towel - really - for two people. When we went to the front desk and informed the clerk she looked at us like a deer caught in headlights and said "Do you want to change rooms?" I looked at her and said "can't we just get some more towels?" The next night we came back to our rooms and the cups had not been replaced. Their cleaning staff obviously needs a check list. Our last night there someone went out the fire exit door at 12:30 am tripping a very loud alarm (We were on the first floor). It took the staff over 30 minutes to turn the alarm off. We were not that far from the font desk so I am positive they had to hear the alarm. All in all this was not one of our best hotel stays.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast was decent, the pool was nice & clean, & the rooms were super comfortable & quiet.

Everything was just so- so, or a bit less.........

Two things we always judge hotels on, cleanliness and service. Our tub was plugged when we got there. So I was original going to mark the hotel lower, but the score was redeemed when the staff sent someone up in less than five minutes and fixed it. Rooms were clean, breakfast was free even with made to order omelettes. Staff was kind, informative and attentive.

Conveniently located off of I-25 with great rates. Rooms have been remodeled nicely. Staff is friendly, housekeeping needs to be more thorough in their daily duties in the room. My one suggestion would be to purchase new towels. The ones they currently have are dated.

The staff is very friendly and overall the room is clean. The room is a little bit small and I can hear the noise due to the location is next to highway. The location is perfect right next to the expo that I attended the event.

The people were the best part of this hotel. Definitely will need some transportation to get to the parts of the city or outlying areas that you'd want to see. But it makes for descent home base for a short stay.

This older hotel doesn't have the spacious bathrooms that are standard at 3 star competitiors that are part of remodeled chains. But the Pool is outdoor, heated, clean, and long enough to actually get in a few strokes before you hit the wall. The location is not good for walking anyplace but it is good for driving around Denver, close to freeway and close to downtown. Really quirky aspect of the bathroom: no towel bars, no place to hang a towel.
