The only thing I found to be difficult was locating the HIE desk in the shopping area. It would have been more convenient if the description was more specific as to the location being beside or across from a known landmark. Everything else was great including the staff who were extremely helpful and courteous.

We were not allowed to stay in the property because we had tickets that departed a different terminal. Staff at the desk in T3 refused to help fund a room at a nearby Holiday inn. Ended up staying at a horrible 2 star hotel a ways from the airport. Please include very clear conditions for staying at this hotel - you MUST have a ticket that leaves from T3 in order to stay in this property. Horrible midnight experience after flying 20+ hours.

Even though I had a confirmed reservation they refused to give me a room because my booking was in the "international wing”. Manger Anand and other staffs were rude and blunt. I had booked the room online using Orbitz app and this restriction was not displayed to me at the time of the booking so Orbitz is also responsible for this trap...no room and no money back policy...😰

It is impossible to find this hotel. They do not make it easy. You have to go threw over 5 check points. To get into a basement like jail. Once you are in the hotel you can not go back to the airport and walk around without going threw the check points all over again. The elevator is policed and you can not go alone the only way inside this hotel. The food was good at the restaurant. The WiFi is also pretty fast.

Conveniently. Located inside the airport! But domestic versus international wing for reservation causes confusion to the passengers and lot of booking sites don’t give that option for booking

i was instructed to wait for a staff from the hotel before exiting the custom. however, staff never showed up and i finally found my way to find the hotel help desk outside of the custom. wasted a lot of time. the staff providing the meeting instruction needs to be retrained.

Room is clean and easy access in airport, but confusion between domestic and international hotels. Rooms are too small and restaurant prices are too high with less options.

Good in terminal location. Recommended generally but could be a little cleaner

We stayed at the Domestic part of the Delhi Airport Holiday Inn express coming and going from a trip to Bhutan. We needed the domestic part of the hotel because we had to come through Immigration to pick up our bags, which could not be checked through to our final destination. This complication led to the very complicated process of getting to the domestic side of the hotel. If you communicate your travel schedule to the hotel, they will send someone to shepard you through the airport. Without this help you will be lost, as we were on our initial arrival when we spent nearly two hours after picking up our bags trying to find the hotel. When we finally got to the hotel the rooms were OK and there is a restaurant on site that provides a free breakfast, and moderately priced lunch and dinner food. Otherwise you are stuck there until you leave to check into your next flight.

I booked the hotel for my 12-hour layover and I ended up not being able to stay at the hotel. Because I did not have the boarding pass physically, since my flight was not departing for another 12 hours, I was not able to stay at the hotel. The person at the stand was very unfriendly, barely spoke English (as in could not explain to me why he could not take me to the hotel) and was just plain rude. My flight was at 4:30am and he said I would not be able to get a boarding pass until 12:30am (4 hours before the flight). I mean, this was around 5:00pm and the whole purpose of me staying at this airport hotel was to get some rest before my connection. Instead he told me that I could only check in after I get my boarding pass, which would be around 12:30am. I ended up not staying at the hotel because I could not check in. You would think, should they have this in writing so us consumers would know? I ended booking another hotel nearby. Not only is the hotel to blame, but also Orbitz, itself. They should not offer this hotel without knowing its strict requirements.

The only thing I found to be difficult was locating the HIE desk in the shopping area.
