Three hotels in one. Hard to find the right check-in and the right elevator.

Property location was great.

The property was popping with gambling action but at the same time classy and easy to navigate. Great resturants and the front desk person was exceptional. Valet was also good. We spent our wedding there and were treated to a bottle of champagne on our wedding night. Loved this resort!!!!

Awesome place! Loved the casino ! Great trip - will definitely go again

People not wearing masks and definitely not sanitizing games

Make sure you use the 2nd elevator because there are two hotels there.

Nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms

No Continental breakfast, for the amount we paid for the room.

Door jamb made a whistle , making noise a little hard to fall asleep

Room was nice. Staff eere very rude.. nothing was as we were told

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The Mexican restaurant was very good, Starbucks was great, the cookies at check in, Amazing!! Bar maid's were great! Machines treated us good until our departure day. If I had to pick anything bad, I would just say the price was a little high but that could be because it was Mardi Gras weekend. We had a good time and will definitely be back 👍

There was only one thing that I didn't REALLY love when I first heard it. There is a fifteen dollar parking fee. I'm not sure if it's per day or per whole stay. But they did give you fifteen free dollars in match play, cookies, and discounts at their restaurants. The property is beautiful and SO VERY CLEAN! Everything is new and shiny. My husband and I got a two room suite for less than seventy dollars. The complimentary beverages while we played in the casino were awesome. I had an absolute blast at this place. We will DEFINELTY go back :) Also the food at Guadalajara's is delicious and all of the staff that we met were so helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a nice, modern hotel on the surface. Our bedding had blood and black matter on it upon check in. Even though there were plenty of rooms available, we were put in a super inconveniently located room and our view was of a rock wall. That was disappointing. Our second day, we were locked out of our room causing a need to rekey. When we went back to our room, we realized housekeeping hadn't even entered our room to replace even the towels, or vacuum the dried mud on the carpets (it was snowing so clearly our feet were dirty) Our coffee wasn't even replenished. They just didn't tidy up or restock anything. Disappointing. The hotel's Flyt restraunt was AWFUL! Expensive and very overcooked. The morning we left, all ATM's were down and that was a huge inconvenience. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again
