Blood & hair in the bathroom. Filthy and stained carpets, mattresses. Killed a roach. Shower collected water under the shower and as like standing on a waterbed. When you moved, water squished out and flooded the bathroom floor. Disgusting hotel.

They shower was strange. I guess it was like a handicap accessible shower that I didn’t ask for. They whole bathroom gets wet every time you turn the shower on. The bathroom was pretty much like one big shower with a toilet inside the shower.

Upon arrival we found they overbooked and had to give us a different room than I reserved 3 weeks in advance. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke and mold. There was something on the sheets. We had to ask for new ones. The tub was stopped up and would not drain properly. The carpet was filthy. There were people fighting outside our window and someone threw a rock at the window. We switched rooms the next day and it wasn't any better. The wifi wasn't working so my daughter could not do her online school. The pool was the cleanest thing there and it had cigarette butts and a needle in the mulch near the fence. It was supposed to be a smoke free room but smelled like smok. We also found several roaches during our stay. I had to use a bug fogger to bomb our belonings in our car before unpacking when we got home. I do not reccomend this hotel whatsoever unless you are looking for Joe's roach motel! It was absolutley terrible. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! They made our stay tolerable!

I had a flood in my room slipped when I walked into the bathroom at 3am not knowing there was water all over the floor. I reported it that morning and was advised that maintenance was not on the property to correct the hazard. Then had to kill a roach at 7 am when I was leaving my room to gather clean towels as o was advised to use the ones within the room to soak up the water from the bathtub. I asked for a partial refund for my hurt and inconvenience and nothing has been done to correct or rectify my misfortune, hurt, and utter annoyance.

I was bothered with the chair on my room looking like it had mildew all over it. Then there was no microwave.

This property was absolutely horrible! The staff pretty much just gave a room key and no other conversation. No instruction on where room was or amenities offered. Room was not clean AT ALL. Hair in bath tub, sink and beds. Stains all through the room in the carpet, mirrors were full of smudges. I checked out the very next morning, couldn’t even sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Toilet didn’t work. Hallway smelled like mold. Wasn’t happy.

Bed was comfortable Building was in poor condition, carpets really bad, smell of smoke and damp in the rooms,

The room was smelling of cigarette smoke, we had requested non-smoking. I was too tired to go back and request a change. But they need to look the booking request before assigning a room.

Convenient and friendly. Good location for my stay at this hotel because I was going to the airport.

Our stay was for three nights. Staff and room were fantastic! The location was prime for our needs. Will definitely be returning!!

I had a flood in my room slipped when I walked into the bathroom at 3am not knowing there was water all over the floor.
