Suite(s) was/were perfect for our family of 9. We ended up having adjoining suites were kids could enjoy indoor play time, as well as fun time in the pool. Conveniently located near 2 kid zones ( slides, balls, trampolines). Loved the use of our kitchen & barbecue outside for meals & the morning breakfast ( even as a boxed breakfast) was wonderful!!!! Things that were bad at first was our room floors were disgusting, leaving our feet black fresh out of a shower. We informed hotel & they immediately took care of it. Also, the water temperature was sporadic, never knew when you would get warm/hot water which was difficult when you had an infant who needed feeding every 2 1/2 hours. When the hot water came, it was HOT!! Staff though was so friendly & tried to help in any way they could!!!

This hotel is nowhere near as nice as it looks in the pictures. The lobby is nice, but as soon as you get in the hallways it’s dark with popcorn ceilings. The AC in the room was very loud, it did not have most of the dishes it was supposed to and when I went looking I found dirty rags shoved in the drawers. The cooktop stove doesn’t seem like it’s ever been properly cleaned and there were crumbs under the table. There was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan and dead lady bugs on the floor by the window. When I sat on the couch to take it all in I realized the arm was broken and hanging off. The closet doors were busted and floors had red stains on the floor. When I called down to the front desk to report the broken stuff to the manager (not to complain, but avoid being charged for damage I didn’t cause) she immediately threw her staff under the bus. I decided to try and stick it out, but we woke up the next morning and there were ants coming in the window. I decided not to stay the 3 nights I booked because this hotel was way too expensive for all the problems. They did discount the night I stayed significantly and did not give me any trouble when I asked to cancel my stay. I went somewhere else that was a lot cheaper and so much cleaner. I don’t recommend staying here at all.

The room was dated and dirty. There were crumbs on the floor in front of the couch, stains on the carpet, cobwebs in the corners near the ceiling, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the pans in the drawer were gross. There was an electrical outlet cover that was missing a screw so the plate kept falling off and exposing the bare electrical connections. We have young children so I wasn’t very happy about the safety hazard. The toilet seat was loose and the faucet in the rusty bathtub kept dripping even when it was turned off all the way. For some reason the TV in the kitchen/living room area was blurry. The walls in our room were paper thin. We could hear our neighbors talking and people getting in and out of their cars in the parking lot. We are Hilton rewards members but I booked through Orbitz so we were treated like second class customers. When we checked in they made a point of mentioning that we booked through a second party instead of through the Hilton app so we couldn’t use their normal WiFi password. Apparently we received a different breakfast from customers who booked through the Hilton app too. Our breakfast was basically what you would give a kindergartner for a snack.

The staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth. Small problem with the toilet that was resolved while we were out for the day.

Our suite was spacious and clean, and staff was friendly. It was helpful that we could close the door between the living area and the bedroom. Dining table was good for 2 people, no more. Also, the full kitchen did not include a traditional oven, only a microwave. An unexpected bonus is the nightly reception which included a hot buffet and a large drink selection. Breakfast was definitely one of the better hot breakfasts we have had on the road in our hotel dining experiences. This hotel was quite affordable for all of the amenities.

I'll preface my review by saying I had at one time worked for several years for Hilton Corp and am very familiar with all of their properties so I wasn't concerned about staying here. What a mistake that assumption was. I do want to mention that ALL of the employees were SUPER NICE and helpful. The problem was the room. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, the minute we got into it I could smell heavy cigarette smoke permeating the curtains, carpet, etc. I knew all of the rooms were going to be that way so didn't bother to move, just bought some Febreeze and a candle and left the windows open when we were out and that helped. The worst part was housekeeping. The first night we were there, I spilled some crumbs on the floor and they were there for FOUR days. My allergies started acting up and I couldn't figure out why since I was out of the desert and I checked the bedside tables, desk, etc., and there was an inch of dust on everything. The worst part was the bathroom, The floor in the corner by the bathtub had mold and filth that hadn't been cleaned in gosh knows how long. On the last day we were there, I took a shower and forgot to open the drain and the water standing in the tub looked like I had washed six dirty dogs in it! I hurried over to my daughter's house and took another shower! You're probably wondering why I didn't let management know right away about the crumbs, dust, etc. but I wanted to see how long it took the maid to figure it out..too long!!!

Very nice hotel. The room was a suite. The bedroom was spacious, but the living room felt a little crowded especially when the sofa bed was open. Still, had a good experience at this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights it was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved are stay here. The pool was not open yet as they only have an outside pool. The breakfast was good. We would stay at this hotel again.

I went to Dayton for the Thanksgiving holiday to be with family. This hotel was the best, it was relaxing, friendly and quiet. A large shopping mall is just across the street. Monday through Thursday they have an evening reception with fanstastic food which was included with price of your room. Rooms were very comfortable with a full kitchen that comes complete with dishes and utensils, including paper towels, large mircrowave and large refrigerator. I would definately stay here on my return trips home.

Great Breakfast Buffet and several times a week the manager offers dinner with wine or beer.
