AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. We had a fully paid reservation for a few weeks. After a 4 hour drive, we arrived around 11:30 pm to find out they “overbooked”. Micah at front desk told us every excuse ranging from: rooms were sold to walk ins, knowing there were reservations in place; they didn’t have enough people to clean the rooms, but later said all rooms were claimed; they gave a room to a homeless guy who would not leave and they would not remove. We were given a business card to someone named Pam who was described as unhelpful, which I left a voicemail. I called general reservation line to complain and was bounced to the front desk, while I was standing there. Micah was nice but told us everything that was wrong with the place and said we would have to look elsewhere. This place screwed up and wouldn’t do anything to rectify.

I was not pleased with the amenities not working. The cleanliness of the first room was well below standards of this brand. The service at the desk to help resolve the issues was horrible. I was told because I reserved through a third party site they could not move me. My perseverance paid off and we were moved after a lot of hassle and frustration. I had called the property ahead of arrival and making my reservation asking about pool and hot tub use due to COVID, I was told they were open and ready. That was not the case the hot tub was out of order and the pool should have been as well. Just not what I’ve come to expect from this brand.

The furniture in our room was very worn and the carpet had duct tape in a worn spot. Decaffeinated coffee was never served at breakfast.

It was great! Not much of a breakfast selection but overall it was clean !

Clean facility, and friendly staff. Was a bit frustrated about the pool restrictions, but thats not the staffs fault.

Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and interstate. Comfortable Room arrangement, clean and quiet.

Front desk lady was extremely nice! Breakfast was fantastic and so was the room. Extremely clean property. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel feels fairly new. Room is very clean and comfortable. Nice and warm breakfast. Excellent coffee too.

In the process of a move. Stopped here on a whim on the way to WI and decided to stay again a week later on the way back due to the help of the staff, comfort of room, and cleanliness of the room. Will stay again during our official move!

Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. My only complaint was the chlorine was very strong in the pool and made our eyes burn. Spa was the same. Would return again if back in the area. Enjoyed our stay.
