While staff were nice, there weren’t enough to make this work. No room refreshing during 4 days there, although we were told to request it and we did. Carpets all very soiled. Made appointment as requested to use pool, but no one to let us in. We understand that understaffing has taken a toll, but felt like this shouldn’t have opened yet…a real mess. Our bathroom floor wood sections were loose and easy to trip on. Very sad, and sorry to write this.

Check in was fast and the lady checked my mother in law in but waited to give her a room near us which was very nice of her. She did it without asking us of it was ok. Above and beyond

my reservation was canceled for no clear reason. The hotel blamed Orbitz, Orbitz blamed the hotel. The entire thing was humiliating although they did have rooms for us.

The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean! My only complaint was the dinner...everything was delicious, but it took so, so long. It seemed like whole restaurant area was being handled by one woman. Perhaps they were just short staffed that night, and it isn't usually like that. But we had children with us, and would've liked to have eaten in a more timely way. When we arrived down at the restaurant there was nobody else there, and even so it took two hours for us to have our dinner, not even including dessert. We would have ordered dessert, but it was SO long between when she came to take our order...then waiting for the food to come....then waiting for her to take our plates....then waiting for her to offer us dessert....by that time we needed the kids to be in bed and we just couldn't possibly sit there any longer. I hope very much that this was an isolated incident. If it hadn't been for this, the whole experience would have been great!

Great hotel! The overall look is beautiful, clean room, great amenities.

Lobby was very nice, clean. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating! They go above and beyond to make your stay the best, I was very impressed!! The breakfast was the best Ive ever had at a hotel stay. Again kitchen staff was amazing!

The free breakfast was one of the best I've had in this hotel class, with table service for coffee and juice and "made to order" eggs/etc.

Went to a wedding at the near-by Ryder Farm. Hotel was clean and the staff did their jobs.

this was a fine hotel for the road traveler or quick family overnight

We were in town for a family wedding and wanted something close to the venue. It was perfect for the location next to the highway with a Starbucks in the shopping mall next door.

Just off of exit 2. Hard to miss. Exactly what you want when you are looking for a place to stay for resting only. Room was clean and well kept, no issues there. Just a little discoloration from what looked like former mold that had been very well scrubbed. Had a pool, and workout room. Nice enough, clean but nothing special. Also had an on site restaurant. We had the all you can eat breakfast buffet that didn't really had everything they said. You have to order up the items that actually make it worth buying the buffet, and they got my order wrong. Tasty enough though. Room had a nice overall layout, and had a lot of little things to help make you comfortable. Would have given this higher, but the bed is one of those adjustable firmness mattresses, that doesn't breathe (woke up with the half on the mattress covered in sweat multiple times) and I just couldn't get comfy. Some may enjoy that, and it is what they said was there so if you like it then you should sleep well. I didn't. Staff was overall friendly, and made me feel welcome. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30 to come clean the room (woke us up, we had a late night at a wedding). Checkout was at 12. Front office staff seemed pretty annoyed with them when I told them about it, which tells me the cleaning staff did it before. Overall, for what we were looking for (a comfortable place to sleep) we might have gotten better at a 2 star hotel, but it's about what you expect out of a reputable 3-star hotel. I would recommend this room as long as you like those mattresses that don't breathe well but are O.K. otherwise. It was about as breathable as a less breathable memory foam (I don't do well on those either) but not as comfy.

nice facilities, especially the pool and whirlpool. Your room was nice, with the djustable mattresses in the beds, however one side of the bed that not a just. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again it's a very good value at $100 a night.
