Rooms need improvement. There's a good first impression at lobby, other than that it's just 'meh'.

It’s nice, staff is super friendly

Cable didnt work, building had leaks all throughout, the bar and food service was extremely overpriced and horrible, they charge $15 for the worst breakfast buffet you’ve ever seen. The owners and workers clearly don’t care about anything regarding this hotel.

Looks like a good hotel to have a wedding in. Glitzy

The 80's descended on this property... and never left. Between the neon lit glass fixtures in the lobby and the crystal tufted "alligator leather" room furnishings, I felt like I was in a Brat Pack movie gone wrong. Other people talk about how bad the carpet is, and they're not wrong. I will say beware of the wall mounted air fresheners while standing at the elevators. Nothing like standing there waiting for your elevator to get there and getting hit in the face with a blast of fragrant mist. And speaking of the elevators... They. Take. For.Ever. OK – Onto the rooms. I already touched on the decor, so here's the rest. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows had very little "fluff" to them considering they were feather. Our sheets were stained. Not dirty, but stained. (How do you not throw them out when that happens??) Let's talk about the bathroom. The door didn't latch. The toilet was stained. The underside of the toilet seat was... not clean. The shower head had that pink mold it. The electrical socket was upside down and couldn't keep the hairdryer plugged in. The staff that checked us in was very polite and helpful. The AC worked well. We didn't use the restaurant, bar, or other amenities. This was a one-night need we got stuck with due to massive power outages in the Dallas area. Luckily I was able to find another place to stay not far from there for the next night. Seriously. Find someplace else to stay.

Our room was huge. It was a corner room with a large jetted tub and shower. The room was comfortable enough, but not 5 star quality bedding. Tv reception was not good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Decor is a bit odd.

Bath was very dirty. There were used soap left on the counter and traces of make up foundation all over the counter. The shower curtain was broken and it did not hold the curtain properly, therefore water was splashing all over the bathroom floor. The carpet was dirty and the room smelled moldy. There was no hair dryer.

It was Christmas night but the counter guy could have cared less! The bartender was awesome and made up for the first impression. The hotel decor is a little odd kinda looks like a house for ladies of the night! The bed was awful. I have stayed at a lot nicer for the same cost or cheaper

Hotel is in need of an overhaul. Strong mildew/ urine smell.

Someone had used the rest room before I arrived. I called down as the toilet was stopped up. The person who answered acted as if I was accusing someone in particular. Other than that I had no issues. I just wanted the problem fixed. It seems that most of the money was spent to upgrade the bar area as most of the elevators weren’t working.

The hotel needs to be gutted and renovated. The carpet is tearing and was dirty. The furnishings are strangely mismatched; with a Vegas shinny bright lights but includes random Asian influence. The walls are thin, we were kept awake by people slamming doors and hanging out in hallway. The elevators were not working and had a horrible smell. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in and when I checked out fro t desk didn’t even ask about our stay or thank us for staying with them.

Needs new carpet in hallways badly. The entrance needs maintenence. No hair dryer, but there IS an iron and board and coffee. No microwave or frig. This is why it's cheap. Good value for $$.

Very welcoming clean and comfortable. Worth every penny.

It was really nice. The bed lights up underneath whi hello is really cool. First time staying but will come back.

Excellent. Comfortable! We loved it! Quick, great service, good staff.

It put a bed that didn't move under my body and a roof over my head. The cost could have been better, but at the same time, It was nice.
