Nice hotel, modern look and frendly staff

Clean and quiet place. Room was as expected. However, the room was not ready when we arrived at 3:15pm. We had to wait 20 minutes.

I had a great experience. Staff are good and friendly. The social hour Monday-Wednesday were great. The lady who hosted social hour is excellent!

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. .Only problem was that the beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and made a creaking sound every time you got in/ out of bed. Would have stayed longer if the beds weren't so uncomfortable.

The area doesn't have a lot of places to eat or shop. We booked our hotel room weeks in advance and we ended up in a handicap room. We also used the pool on a steamy day and it was dirty and no towels. The upside is the hotel is nice, staff great and breakfast was a bonus.

A good hotel. Very friendly staffs and close to freeway 75. A few improvements can be done for the room. First, the fan of the rest room is so noisy that my wife was a bit afraid. And air condition was also very noisy although this is a very common problem for many hotels in the US. There are 2 options for wifi. One is free but moderate speed and the other one is $5/day and fast enough for video cha etc. I used the free option and it was okay for web surfing and voice chat.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good location for us, close, easy to get to many areas. Great breakfast in mornings.

Arrived for a convention, I have been going to this convention for 9 YEARS! I've tried several hotels around this area (Richardson, Plano, Dallas, etc) What can I say?? Friendly, friendly, friendly staff! I was given a pick of what floor for my room (ground - 3rd flr-- pretty cool.) Rooms were spacious, clean, & kitchen area rocks! (you can cook ur own lunch/dinner if u want to!) The HOT Breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, pasteries, fruit, & tons more!) was a real DEAL! sure beats the lame continental stuff. The only "downer" hmmm.. would be it's in the middle of a business office area (district) not much to do.. You have to drive to do something (yes, even eat dinner at a restaurant) it IS nice to walk around for exercise after a meal and not have the fear of getting run over :) -- other than that-- My family & I have been coming to this hotel for 5 years now.. and I don't want to stay at any other. I'm in the military and have traveled all over the world.. This place is defin. in my TOP 5.
