The hotel description said it had a hot tub. Literally the reason i booked this particular hotel. Only to find out that it had been filled in. Not cool.

Staff was great keep them. Housekeeping should either be replaced or trained for cleanliness! During a pandemic that is completely unacceptable. Will not be returning

Marquis took the time to explain everything to me at check in. The service was Great! The room was clean and enough space. I needed to print something and there was an issue but Jose helped me solve it. He was very helpful and took care of the problem. Great staff! I recommend it!

Orbitz had something messed up but the hotel quickly resolved it.

Room was close to att Stadium. Really spacious very family friendly. Great free breakfast, beds was clean pull out bed was ugly kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and little things. Cups dishes carpet needs to be gone. Hotel needs to be renavated Bad very outdated rooms but good price for big family's

Staff service was not up to par with normal Marriott standards

It was my birthday just needed a room to relax in after partying it was expensive for 1 night but Cowboys played At home Sunday so I guess that's why breakfast could be s little better communication between staff the booking website and customer could of been better they double charged me so now Marriott is sending me a check

This hotel fell far-short of my expectations of Marriott Residence Inns. Attracted at the option of the two bed/bath suite option, I should have just paid for two rooms at another hotel. The beds were a nightmare harder than concrete if that is even possible. Doors did not properly close - especially the sliding door to the bathroom, one could easily view in/out. The drawers in the bathroom vanity were dirty and accompanied by random hairs from travelers past. The thermostat cooled one room much cooler than its set temperature, while the other bedroom was near-sauna like. The walls are thin. Paper thin. At several points through the night, I felt as though I was sleeping near the local kennel with the number of dogs barking in other rooms. Looking forward to breakfast was another disappointment. Food ran out quickly and took nearly 20 minutes to re-stock. Even then, the temperature for the meats and eggs was warm...at best. And while I never need to use a Business Center, I did need to do so to purchase tickets for Six Flags...but the computer settings (that even the staff couldn't override) prevented me from making an online purchase...the icing on a very over-baked, cake. Did I mention the beds were quite possibly the worst thing I've ever slept on?

Had a comfortable stay. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing.

Thanksgiving w the Cowboys was perfect, this hotel is a 5 min drive from Cowboys Stadium! The room was great. No issues. Hot and cold breakfast options are always a plus.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, pleasant staff, nice rooms, decent amenities, a good value.

It was a perfect getaway...so many things for the kids to do and an added bonus of the full kitchen...we will definitely stay again

We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath room with a kitchen. We loved it. We felt like we were in a small apartment. If you are traveling with your pet(s), they were welcomed too. Our room was clean and everyone was very nice. The pool was heated!, our son loved that.

Great friendly service, no hassles, late checkin was not a big issue.
