There are many things that need to be upgraded in the suite I stayed in. The couch is hard, stiff, narrow and uncomfortable. The second floor has horrible views so I don’t want to open my windows.

This is a very nice hotel. We had an excellent stay here.

Excellent staff and comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Business Stay, nice restaurant staff. Restaurant food was only ok.

Convenient to the area we visited. Attentive staff. Clean rooms and common spaces. Some fixtures and flooring could use updating/replacing.

Great hotel. Beautiful building. Convienent location.

For the amount, the rooms need a lot of updates. One of the phones was not working, tears in the wallpaper, a bathtub that looked dingy and stained. The restaurant had me wait an hour in their dining area and got my order wrong. Management comp’d the meal but seems like they need a revamp in customer service training and an audit of what needs updating, changing, and fixing in the suites. The staff mentioned that I would get WiFi for free if I had a Marriott membership which I did. When checking out, the front desk thought they couldn’t make the change to my receipt which charged me for the WiFi. Luckily the manager was there but if he wasn’t, I could have been charged.

Rooms were nice, but you could hear a lot of noise early in the mornings.

Check in and checkout was bad. Staff was not attentive. There were no one to check out with. I spend about 15 minutes till someone finally showed up to help me. Bar staff was excellent!

We loved this beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing and the room was so very comfortable. The amenities were great and the food in the restaurant available for delivery was fantastic! The hotel was right off 75 in a very nice, professional area. The only issue we had was there was a faint smell of cat urine in the room but it wasn't enough for us to ask for a different room. It was very faint and we felt we could live with it for a couple of days anyway. The hotel and staff are wonderful and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for access on 75. Very, very convenient.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to meeting worked great - perfect timing. Room was comfortable and clean. Facility was undergoing major renovation, so it was a mess. The temporary restaurant situation was terrible - atmosphere was like a cheap cafe. Service there was pretty poor as well - even simple things, like beer selection, required help from another person beyond our server. Fitness center small and not much in the way of equipment. Nothing around to walk to, so don't stay there if you want to get out of the hotel without taking a car.
