I very much enjoyed the view from my room and how accessible the downtown area was to the hotel. However, I had several issues with room cleanliness, amenity accessibility, staff competence and security while staying at my hotel. I am in the process of reaching out to the chief of operations regarding these concerns.

Great hotel with nice restaurants in a convenient location. Overall I was happy with my stay and I would recommend it! The only negative for me was that the pool was very crowded during the weekend and I felt it should be a larger pool to accommodate the size of the hotel. In addition, pool guests would hold pool chairs by placing their used towels on them and I am not convinced they always throw their towels in the dirty towel bin before they leave the pool. As a result, many chairs remain unused all day with towels on them and I think it would be easy enough for the staff to figure out how to improve that problem and make the pool more accessible for everyone else. I also was surprised that wireless was not free. Beyond that the hotel was very nice.

When you book with Omni it comes with a certain standard you come to expect. Granted the world has changed from the travel freedkme we all knew and love but the quality should be the same of not better. We were not greeted with the same Omni hospitality when checking in, no offer to help with baggage, we were handed a sheet of paper and wrist bands like you were going to rave for pool access that we were told you had to wear the whole time, it look ridiculous wearing that at the 5 star restaurant we went to the next evening. Our room had its wear and tear and the bathroom was not clean. There was an absurd charge for WiFi, where you can get this for free at a Super 8 motel or McDonald's. The smell of Marijuana was something you could not escape from between the outside mandatory valet area and the hallway to our room. All of our Uber drivers told us how unsafe the area was to walk in after dusk for anyine not just women. Coming downstairs for morning coffee was met with men escorting out thier very obvious one night stands and them laughing how they would get another round that night. This would be the first time I have ever been disappointed with Omni and if it was my first experience it would be my last.

Not a thing!

The 1st night was horrible!. The room next door (adjoining) was incredibly loud all night! We got very little sleep. We were in 722 and they moved us to 21st floor. All good next two nights. It does seem there is a pretty rough clientele at this Omni. The police car was there every day/night by the front door. When we asked what was going on, the front desk clerk lied to us and said it was "just a medical emergency" Another worker told us it was an arrest.

Wonderful, quick stay! Great room, super clean, Nest toiletries!!! Misplaced my phone at the pool (it was accidentally wrapped up in a towel) and security team and housekeeping helped me retrieve it the next morning after stressing all night. Superb staff all around!!! I’ve stayed at the The Joule & Adolphus, and Omni Downtown Dallas will be my new go to from here on out! Great property.

The staff was very responsive whenever we needed something.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. Valet was a bit stressful. They need more staff to manage that part! Outside of that a great expierence. Gabrielle at the Owners Box restaurant was AMAZING!

Great view, friendly staff

The bathroom in our room didn’t seem clean at all! I’m not sure why the room itself was okay. The hotel outside the room was fine, but probably won’t stay at this particular location again.

Very clean and nice hotel. Very luxurious and beautiful. Insane parking costs.

Check in was smooth and easy no complications. Valet was quick and effective. Room was clean with a beautiful view. Hotel was very accommodating!

The Omni is a hotel used for conferences so it’s pretty big. So that’s a good thing in regards to room availability. The staff was very nice...no complaints there. However, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from your neighbor and when you walk down the halls and I heard a LOT. Further, my bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. There was what looked like pet hair all in the tub.

Great place, excellent service and was beautiful and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Hotel was quiet and in walking distance to restaurants.

The view was astounding and the people were very kind and helpful. The pillows and blankets were great. Sheets, just ok. Unfortunately they skimped on the mattress. No pillowtop and way too firm for luxery. I couldnt sleep because of tossing and turning.
