Everything was nice, staff was very friendly.

Stay was amazing hate the elevators were down but will be staying again

Cheets were dirty hair all over maintenance was gone so they offer to change rooms so I just did it myself, I was in two different rooms because the fire alarm went on every day at the same time just I my room second room, beds were ok but floors were dirty cleanest in general was poor for me

It was elegant, quiet and super clean! I came to Texas for a wedding and was highly worried about sanitation and cleanliness!!

Everything was great but one thing. A middle aged couple walked in to our room out of nowhere. Apparently, staff had issued them the same room number and room key.. This has never happened to me before but was quite disturbing AND disappointing. As a customer, privacy and security of my belongings are important. These are things that I expect and pay for..
