Breakfast was non-existent, a cold cooked egg is not a breakfast. No cereals, no choice off eggs or meats. Just the cold and cooked to death eggs

Check in was extremely slow.

No breakfast like prompted in booking. Grab and go fruit and breakfast bars. No juices or milk. No milk available for purchase either for my toddle all weekend. Was locked in an elevator and wasn’t asked if we’re okay or spoken to about it at all. Also wasn’t posted or made aware they were cashless “as of this week” and was charged on the correct card I gave them to use!

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help.

Hotel was overall great value, clean, what we needed. Front desk understaffed and the girl working was suffering greatly- so we’re guests. The phones never stopped ringing. The line was to the door to check in. She had her hands full and it seemed like maybe this was the ‘norm.’

Liked the courtyard access for my dogs. Comfy room! I feel more attention needs to be made to cleanliness outside on the property. Trash cans full. Trash when walking around property.

We got a noisy back room. I wish they would of told us, even if it was last minute reservation for flight cancellations, that was wrong.

The staff were professional and the shuttle driver was fantastic, fun and very professional. He said he relocated from Washington State to TX. Very intelligent gentleman.

Close to airport with free shuttle. Room was advertised as sleeping 5 but there was no fold out couch. Only slept 4.

NICE PROPERTY, CLEAN. BREAKFAST COULD BE BETTER BUT IT IS OK.
