Such a nice hotel! Super clean and in a great location. Staff was so nice and the pool and hot tub were still open in January! We were even tempted to add an extra night because of how much we loved it!!

loved the fully cooked breakfast. Quiet even though on highway. Great staff in each department.

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean.

Tv didn't work correctly. Everything else was good

Hotel looks nice but has structural/maintenance issues. The hotel has leakage issues if it rains. You will find trashcans throughout to catch leaking water from the roofs. Our hotel room had sopping wet carpet in certain locations even though we didn't spill anything. We were on the 2nd floor. You could even see in the roof where there were brown spots where water was common to leak there. Due to this, mold is a concern to me. I would definitely clarify with staff they have taken adequate tests and are planning to fix the issues.

Clean, spacious, staff was so nice and helpful. Everywhere we planned on going was near hotel. I’d stay there again for sure

Me and my wife had a fantastic experience in this hotel, friendly and polite staff that went out of their way to assist. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Allen area. The ONLY thing I would like to be changed is for the breakfast to be included with the room price.

The stay was good. There for a birthday celebration and going to pappadeaux, the Allen outlet mall and going to IKEA for my very first time. Meet up with some family and old friends that stays in Texas.went to the in and out burger for my first time as well.

Great location shopping and dining close proximity

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast at a reasonable price.

I was an out of town wedding guest and I stayed at this hotel because it was where the wedding guests were encouraged to stay, as the wedding was nearby. The hotel was clean. The beds are not comfortable. They have an adjustable setting but even the softest setting was still too hard for me. I thought maybe it was just our room but others said the same about their beds. The employees were really nice and all helpful. I didn't check in until the night, but my brother got there around two in the afternoon and his room was not ready. This isn't a big deal because check in isn't until three anyway.

This is a great place to stay....Comfortable,Clean, and Affordable.....

We bought the breakfast deal and it is worth it! Fresh cooked breakfast, French toast and an omelet made for us. Clean comfortable room, great location.

Overall, a great experience.

I loved the room! Clean, spacious and very lovely very bath/bathroom. I was allowed to have a late check out at now extra cost. Would definately stay a next time.

I had called the hotel a week prior to my stay and asked for a room on the opposite side of the building from the highway, but when I checked in they had put me in a room facing the highway anyway. I complained and the front desk man gave me a new room immediately. The room was clean with new furnishings and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast at $ 10 was very good. The business centre, available 24 hours was very convenient. Overall a very nice stay at this property.

Close to shopping areas, great front desk service. Beds were comfortable with adjustable firmness.
