It was nice

The hotel is surrounded by trash, abandon buildings not at all a pretty part of downtown. The view from the window was very depressing. Everything inside was fine no issues. The room was big ,clean and confortable. They stop serving breakfeast at 9:30 on Saturday, thought that was kind of early and missed it.

Small front entrance area, hallway areas didn’t seem super clean, no self park, pull out couch very low quality, furniture seemed very low quality overall.

Additional $30.00 for valet parking all other parking areas looked unsafe. open drug deals going on in the parking lots.

This property is a disgraced of the name Marriott suites. This place was dirty an the floors was disgusting! Upon my arrival I spoke with the general manager an discussed that his property should be clean. I arrived early an the staff allowed me to check in; once i got in the room it had a bad smell the bathroom had a shower from the guest before me... I also saw bugs crawling on the bed. The baseboards was dirty, this place needs a deep cleaning. The general manager basically told me that I can go to another property if I wasn’t happy.. this is no way to treat a guest when you’re property name is held at a higher standards

It was clean, staff friendly Enjoyed the area many things to do within walking distance

It smelled horrible my TV didn’t work There were roaches in the restroom this isnt a place I would recommend to anyone

The rooms were a big size with a modern appearance. The bathroom was spacious and the breakfast was very good. But the chairs, tables, and beds were cheaply made and uncomfortable. We heard people playing music through the night and going in/out of rooms. The valet service was nice but we were worried about our vehicle through the night. There were also homeless people everywhere around this hotel. We booked here because it was a Fairfield inn and felt like it was reputable but very disappointed.

The rooms and simple with nice features and super tall ceilings like really tall it is basically a loft style hotel but the floors are hard wood no carpet which is fine but u can hear the neighbors really loud at night if they come in late

It was clean and the rooms had very high ceilings.

i did not like anything about this place the location and parking and to top it off when i stepped out of the elevator to go to my room the lobby smells like paint and lead the room itself smell the same way the floors in the room were sticky on top of the that the rep at the front desk tried to cover up the smell by telling me it still has the new smell .. no it has the smell of an industrial building and it did not have a clean feeling . Whoever owns this property should be ashamed of themselves this building should be open to the homeless people as shelter it would be better than having them sleep on the streets . IT WAS SO BAD WE CHECKED OUT WITHIN 45 MINS OF CHECKING IN AND FOUND ANOTHER HOTEL WITH 5 STAR . SO YES I LOST 150.00 BUT I COULD NOT TAKE THE SMELL AND THE UNCLEAN FILLING I TOOK MY SHOES OFF AND THE SOCKS I HAD ON I LEFT THEM IN THE ROOM BECAUSE THE FLOORS WERE THAT STICKY ONCE WE GOT OUT OF THERE MY CHEST AND HEAD WAS HURTING F . AND WHOMEVER THEY HAVE PUTTING ALL THOSE GOOD REVIEWS OUT THERE ABOUT THIS PLACE THE REVIEWS ARE AND ABSOLUTE DAMN LIE .

The neighborhood seems unsafe. Building seems unfinished and the floors squeak😖

Valet service was terrible and unorganized. I sat in line for over 30 minutes just to get checked in at the valet station and around 20 the next morning to get my car.
